The whole experience was a very pleasant one, from the moment that I arrived in Harrogate showrooms I felt that nothing was too much trouble, but at the same time I was given space to wonder as I hate to be followed around shops.
Once I had questions they gave me their full attention and steered me through the do's and don'ts of choosing the right sofa and material.
I needed to come back for a second look before I bought and they kindly opened up on a Sunday. I did buy 2 sofas ( and even gave me a great place to have Sunday lunch)
They were duly delivered around the date promised and again the carriers were very helpful as I had to change the date twice due to the new carpet being laid.
The delivery men were curious and on time.
All in all I would highly recommend this company and I am highly delighted with the whole experience a good 5 out of 5.

We've just received a 3 seater Eskdale that we chose for the comfort value and are not disappointed! We tried a number of stores and found S&S to be the comfiest. The delivery was a little earlier than expected which was an added bonus.
Overall, we're very pleased with our purchase, the Fulham shop assistants were patient and knowledgeable and helped us through each step.
The only criticism is that the care kit was not included with the delivery however support staff rectified this immediately so it's still a 5/5 rating.
Will definitely go back in the future.

I am so pleased with our new sofa - it looks fantastic and is very comfortable. Definitely looks more expensive than it is! The delivery men were great - they battled through the snow to reach us at the end of country lane and were so polite and helpful. When we purchased the sofa the staff in the Fittleworth show room spent a lot of time giving us the benefit of their eye for interiors and fabrics, and could not have been more helpful. I wholeheartedly recommend sofas and stuff to anyone looking for reasonably priced sofas in a huge variety of styles and fabrics. Than you!

We have recently taken delivery of an L-shaped Wahenhoe Sofa and are delighted at both the look and comfort. Being able to alter the dimensions to suit the room has made all the difference and we were very impressed by the personal customer service which sets Sofas and Stuff apart from other mainstream retailers.
We would definitely use S&S again and will be recommending to friends and family.

Ordered a zip and link bed after visiting the Wiltshire shop. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable about material etc. The bed looks very smart and well made. Delivery company very efficient and even managed to deliver in the snow! They carried the bed upstairs and assembled it which seemed to be quite involved but was all part of the service. Very happy with the product.

We have just taken delivery of 2 sofas and are absolutely delighted with them. We dealt with the Hungerford show room, and all the girls were lovely and knew their propducts inside and out. We visited twice as we found it difficult to choose but in the end chose 2 Clarendon sofas and the quality is superb and they look fantastic - could not be happier. ;)))) Also must not forget the delivery men who were great, punctual and friendly.

After a difficult time with a well known department store regarding a poor quality piece of furniture ,I found Sofa & Stuff situated just up the road from us. Suzanne was a delight to deal with ,nothing was too much trouble.I was very pleased with the ordering process and took receipt of my lovely Snuggler chair last week. I was very pleased with the quality & style.
I enjoyed visiting the Barn showroom and it was easy to park.i also found if you chose the house fabrics the prices were very good value compared with other retailers.
The only criticism I have is about the very unhelpful people who make the delivery appointments on the phones at the delivery company.
Once the delivery was sorted the delivery guys were very friendly,polite & helpful & phoned me when they were 20 minutes away to say they would be with me soon.

i spent quite a few months unable to decide if i even wanted to change my sofas, but can to the conclusion that to have the ones i had recovered worked out as expensive as getting 2 new ones from Sofas and Stuff. so after many visits to your showrooms (and other firms showrooms) i decided on the 2 i now have! after a failed attempt at delivering before Christmas (only i time and day offered), you then tried to redeliver in the New Year...this also failed as the room was being painted! but they eventually touched base in the second week of January! the delivery men were good and even managed to deliver me the cleaning kit for leather sofas (i have 2 fabric covered ones!!)...hopefully this is being sorted as we speak!
the sofas are very smart, but need a lot of bouncing on them as the cushions are rather too "puffed up"..in time i am sure these will improve and look more lived in!
otherwise i am extremely happy with the goods...

I found Sofas and Stuff on line after looking for ages for a more comfortable sofa than our 10 year old one.We saw that they had a new showroommnear Stroud which was close enough for us to go and try out the goods. It was quite nice to be able to sit on all of the different styles and chose the type we wanted from a comfort level. We were very nicely greeted by Bret, offered coffe and, and got answers to all of the questions we had. we were lucky on the day as tehy had the sofa and chair we were looking at online and had it at the discounted rate advertised from the website! Bonus. After a bit of trouble with the banking system and some calls back and forth to another store we now owned a new 3 seater sofa and matching arm chair. It was delivered a week later by some very helpful and friendly delivery men who arrived exactly on time and who helped us get our old sofa out of the front window ( only way to move big pieces of furniture in a terraced house it seems ). We were very pleased with the whole experience except for the miss advertised size of the sofa on sale ( we thought we were getting a large, 220 cm, sofa as advertised and instead got the next size down as the wrong information was put in the advertisment - Bret called and explained all of this ahead of time. We're slightly disappointed but were at the " just get it done stage " so took the one they had ). Unfortunately after sining that all was fine with chair and sofa and delivery men had left, our son dropped something on the floor under the sofa nd noticed that the back leg was bending the wrong way. On further inspection - having unstapled the bottom covering - we found that the piece of wood that holds the leg in place had split down the middle and my husband had to glue and screw it with three big screws back together to hold it all in place. I didn't contact the company as it states on the sign off sheet that nothing can be done after you sign off, and I didn't feel that our repair wasn't going to make it good. But I'm lucky that I have a handy husband! It is a very very comfy sofa though, so alls well that ends well, I hope!!

We visited the showroom in Harrogate several times over about a year. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. Although delivery was a couple of days late it met our deadline. The drivers were extremely helpful even on Christmas Eve. The sofas are beautiful, all our visitors have commented on them. Would highly recommend the company.

Sofas & Stuff were really helpful from the start. All my queries were answered fully and communication regarding delivery dates and times was accurate. I had ordered two Endellion sofas and was eager to have them as soon as possible. The sofas arrived and the two chaps who delivered them were friendly, efficient, and very obliging. My beautiful, beautiful sofas were everything I hoped they would be, with gorgeous fabrics and the style and quality I had anticipated. I am highly delighted with my purchase and it was a pleasure doing business with this company. I would recommend their products and service without hesitation.

The Bishop Thornton branch gave us by far the best shopping experience in our sofa search - friendly, helpful, informative (and great showroom) and we knew straight away we were going for one of the sofas - just had to choose the final style from a shortlist of 3!! We did have a bit of a problem with delivery, first the wrong footstool was delivered, then it wasn't put on the van the next day as scheduled but then someone got up early to personally deliver it in time for Xmas - anyway it was rectified quickly and satisfactorily! We have had THE most comfortable Xmas on our lovely new sofas!

After visiting the Parsons Green showroom and getting great service (I asked lots of questions!) I ordered two sofas. Both arrived before Christmas as promised. They were delivered on time and quickly put in place/put together by the two delivery men. Also arrived with a small box of care products which I didn't expect. They look fantastic and when we do our other lounge I'll be going back.

We purchased a sofa bed from Sofas & Stuff and were apprehensive about ordering a product that we had only seen on the internet. We also had concerns as to whether it would fit up the stairs as it was for an upstairs room. The sales staff were extremely helpful and told us that as we had ordered one of their standard fabrics, should there be a problem, they would take it back and refund our money. Our sofa bed arrived and the delivery men were excellent - they took it upstairs very carefully and efficiently and once it was unwrapped, we were not disappointed. The quality and fabric are beautiful and we are delighted with our purchase - they are not cheap, but the old adage "you get what you pay for" is definitely relevant here! I would thoroughly recommend Sofas & Stuff and we will certainly be contacting them again in the future. Thankyou!

Lovely showroom with loads of fabrics to look through. The staff who work there really know what they are doing and are very helpful. Very flexible in terms of what you want with fabrics/piping, cushions etc. Feels more like a bespoke sofa company.
Ordered 3 sofas. All are beautiful and very comfortable and arrived on time before Christmas. Would definitely use again not only for value but for the quality of the product. Have recommended to several friends who also seem very happy with the service.

I couldn't fault the staff in the showroom, Very polite and well spoken and no hard sales pitch - a far better experience than DFS and the other national chains. Arranging delivery was a bit of a pain but that is done through a separate company but if you keep chasing them, you get there in the end. The actual delivery guys were very good though.

Shopping and sofas and stuff was an absolute pleasure. We went to our local branch in Fittleworth, Sussex and the staff there could not have been more helpful or knowledgeable. There was no sales patter at all, just helpful advice. Nothing was too much trouble... And the coffee was excellent! For someone allergic to salesman this was very important. The price of the furniture may seem expensive, but it really isn't as the quality is excellent... It will last for a very, very long time. The sofa was delivered exactly when they said it would be and we were kept informed throughout. The delivery guys were excellent and found our remote Welsh farmhouse without difficulty. Sorry to wax on, but firms like these are really rare these days. Shopping the way it is supposed to be.

We visited the Yorkshire branch of Sofas and Stuff and were warmly welcomed. We were offered refreshments whilst we were there and we were given one to one treatment whilst trying out the sofas. There was a good choice to choose from and the service we got was efficient and professional. Although there was a wait for the sofas to be dellivered,we were regularly kept informed of when they would arrive. The sofas are great and we really are pleased with our purchases. I would highly recomend Sofas and Stuff to anyone.

We purchased a large Woolsthorpe sofa in Atlantic linen with a Special Pentlow Buttoned Stool.
The Sofa was delivered on time and the quality was excellent. We are very happy with the products and will be ordering a further 2 matching sofas in the coming months. The only hiccup we encountered was the incorrect legs were supplied with the sofa, but this was rectified within a week when the correct legs were sent direct from the factory.
We visited the showroom in West Sussex prior to our purchase and found the staff very friendly and knowledgeable of their products. We would highly recommend Sofas and Stuff if you are looking for a good looking well made sofa at a reasonable price.
