Visited Hungerford showroom where we sat for ages on the sofa we liked. Then I came back a few weeks later with a good friend and chose colours. Easy parking and good service at barn. Love the sofa. It's just what I wanted and I couldn't find anything to touch it elsewhere. Delivery men great as well.

I fell in love with the Pentlow bed the moment I saw it in the showroom. The bed itself is very well made and beautifully designed. I'd previously spent quite a lot of time looking for a bed on the high st and for the cost and the quality, it is well worth the investment.

The staff in the showroom were really helpful and left me to browse at my leisure - no hard sell just very helpful. I loved the fact that I could have the bed in such a variety of colours and fabrics. I was a bit overwhelmed with the choice so went with the standard colour.

Delivery was really quick seamless. I had a pleasant surprise when the delivery guys informed me that they also made the bed up for me and took away the packaging. I was delighted! I was given plenty of time to check the bed over to make sure I was happy. And, if I wasn't, they would have been happy to take it away. The delivery guys explained this all upfront and were really accommodating when I requested that they ring me in advance so that I could leave work and meet them rather than wait at home all day. If I had one suggestion it would be that the delivery drivers wear a uniform and covers for their shoes. They didn't make a mess but would be the 'cherry on the cake'.

I would definitely buy from Sofas and Stuff again and would recommend to my family and friends. The high street is so over-rated!

On visiting the Tonbridge showroom, my children were kept entertained with the resident dog and the toy box which is a major bonus whilst trying to choose a bed.
The selection of fabrics was overwhelming but a very helpful member of staff helped me to narrow this down and subsequently ordered me a selection of samples.
On ordering my bed I was constantly kept informed of the progress and finally, and on time, was given a two hour slot, during which my bed was delivered. It's everything I had hoped for and have recommended Sofas n Stuff to a number of friends already.

We recently renovated our villa and purchased furniture from Sofas & Stuff. Everything went very smoothly, a beige sofa in our living room is my favourite. Great quality of the materials and also - flawless service. Everything was how we talked from the beginning and always on time.

We were delighted with the excellent service and the choice of sofas and chairs in the Yorkshire showroom. Our daughters were made to feel welcome while we took our time. The friendly dog and free coffee made the whole experience stress-free.

The quality of the sofas we ordered is superb; we would recommend Sofas & Stuff to anyone.

We are very pleased with our new corner sofa - it has had the thumbs up from the kids too and they are very hard to please. The service at the showroom in Berkshire was really helpful and we are really pleased with the fabrics and look of what we have chosen. It has completely transformed our lounge. Delivery was excellent - on time and with very careful service. My only complaint is that we ordered our sofa only one day after the deadline for Christmas but had to wait until the middle of February for delivery.

After looking online initially I was pleased to find a local showroom north of Harrogate. I visited once and the whole experience was fantastic. The selection of sofas and fabrics was great, and the quiet and relaxed atmosphere made for an enjoyable experience. The lady in the shop was also very helpful and guided me through the process perfectly. Why would anybody want the high street brawl after visiting S&S. I placed an order 2 days later and I now have taken deilvery. I am very pleased with the sofa and the time it has taken to build. My only problem was the carelessness of the delivery guys (as is probably normal for delivery drivers). There was a lack of care bringing the sofa into the house and I now have some permanent marks on my freshly painted walls, although they were friendly.

We are so pleased with the furniture we ordered from Sofas & Stuff - we have a Footstool and a Snuggler and both look great in the house. The staff at the Parsons Green showroom were knowledgeable and helped with everything from fabric to measuring to ensure the furniture would fit through the door. The delivery company were extremely efficient too and gave us a 2 hour window on the day we asked for. It was probably the easiest delivery we have experienced with a very helpful driver. Will definitely be shopping here again.

Visited the Fittleworth showroom at the start of January with our 4 kids (it was important that the whole family got to make the decision on a new sofa!) - we were really well looked after, lovely staff, very fine (proper) coffee, and no objections to us taking as long as we wanted. The team there gave us help when we needed, but were not pushy, had some good suggestions on fabric (go for something affordable and hard-wearing given the environment it's going into!). We settled on ordering a large 4 seater Overbury sofa for our living room.

It was delivered last Wednesday (on time, as communicated a couple of weeks ago and confirmed 2 days in advance). It has transformed the living room and is a big hit - it managed to accommodate all 6 of us for family film night at the weekend, and Dad has already managed to fall asleep on it...

Couldn't recommend Sofas and Stuff highly enough!

We have just bought 2 sofas from sofas and stuff through the Fittleworth Showrooms. We visited there twice and found staff to be really helpful and friendly offering us tea or coffee whilst we looked around. We originally had our eyes on a fabric which was unfortunately out of our price range but the staff at Fittleworth suggested we had our cushions in the material which we did and that has proved to be a nice compromise.

The delivery was at the time stated and the delivery men were very good --assembling our sofas and making sure we were happy with them. The sofas look great in our living room and are very comfortable so we are very pleased with our purchase and the service from sofas and stuff

We ordered the Flatford 4-seater sofa from the Harrogate store. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful but what made us order from Sofas & Stuff over any other shop were the amazing choice of fabrics. We fell in love with the vibrant Yorkshire wool Moon range and ordered a great, bright sofa which is very us! Not only is it a very personal sofa because of the fabric, it is the most comfy sofa I've ever sat on. The quality is fantastic and we really are pleased (which is a good job as we spent twice our budget on this one piece!) It was delivered within the lead time, as promised. We were given quite a precise delivery time slot, which would have been great had they not arrived an hour early - we had to rush home! They were polite and helpful, carrying it into the house (we had to go right around the house to the back through the garden). Unfortunately, they did seem very hurried. One almost slipped in his haste and they slightly ripped the fabric covering the bottom of the sofa on a narrow door frame. I haven't complained about this, as it is minor and cannot be seen. That's the only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5. I'd still definitely recommend Sofas & Stuff!

The whole experience was a very pleasant one, from the moment that I arrived in Harrogate showrooms I felt that nothing was too much trouble, but at the same time I was given space to wonder as I hate to be followed around shops.

Once I had questions they gave me their full attention and steered me through the do's and don'ts of choosing the right sofa and material.

I needed to come back for a second look before I bought and they kindly opened up on a Sunday. I did buy 2 sofas ( and even gave me a great place to have Sunday lunch)

They were duly delivered around the date promised and again the carriers were very helpful as I had to change the date twice due to the new carpet being laid.

The delivery men were curious and on time.

All in all I would highly recommend this company and I am highly delighted with the whole experience a good 5 out of 5.

We've just received a 3 seater Eskdale that we chose for the comfort value and are not disappointed! We tried a number of stores and found S&S to be the comfiest. The delivery was a little earlier than expected which was an added bonus.
Overall, we're very pleased with our purchase, the Fulham shop assistants were patient and knowledgeable and helped us through each step.
The only criticism is that the care kit was not included with the delivery however support staff rectified this immediately so it's still a 5/5 rating.
Will definitely go back in the future.

I am so pleased with our new sofa - it looks fantastic and is very comfortable. Definitely looks more expensive than it is! The delivery men were great - they battled through the snow to reach us at the end of country lane and were so polite and helpful. When we purchased the sofa the staff in the Fittleworth show room spent a lot of time giving us the benefit of their eye for interiors and fabrics, and could not have been more helpful. I wholeheartedly recommend sofas and stuff to anyone looking for reasonably priced sofas in a huge variety of styles and fabrics. Than you!

We have recently taken delivery of an L-shaped Wahenhoe Sofa and are delighted at both the look and comfort. Being able to alter the dimensions to suit the room has made all the difference and we were very impressed by the personal customer service which sets Sofas and Stuff apart from other mainstream retailers.

We would definitely use S&S again and will be recommending to friends and family.

Ordered a zip and link bed after visiting the Wiltshire shop. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable about material etc. The bed looks very smart and well made. Delivery company very efficient and even managed to deliver in the snow! They carried the bed upstairs and assembled it which seemed to be quite involved but was all part of the service. Very happy with the product.

We have just taken delivery of 2 sofas and are absolutely delighted with them. We dealt with the Hungerford show room, and all the girls were lovely and knew their propducts inside and out. We visited twice as we found it difficult to choose but in the end chose 2 Clarendon sofas and the quality is superb and they look fantastic - could not be happier. ;)))) Also must not forget the delivery men who were great, punctual and friendly.
