From the visit at your showroom in west sussex, up to delivery of our lovely King Pentlow bed, which looks really luxurious in our new bedroom, the staff at Sofas and Stuff have been really caring and helpful. Our initial arrival date was later than we hoped as we had people coming to stay, but this was soon taken care of, making sure we had our bed on time. We will certainly being going back to order the sofa next, as after testing many at other showrooms, we are finding it very difficult to find anything as comfortable and affordable. Would easily recommend Sofas and Stuff, many thanks to you all.

Very pleased with our Merryvale sofa & sofa bed. Belinda at the Barn in Leverton, Hungerford was extremley helpful and knowledgeable. The delivery team were great and took care when bringing the sofas in and getting them in situ. Even going so far as to re-demonstrate the sofa bed mechanism to make sure I could operate it. Great service overall and have recommended Sofas & Stuff to everyone I know!

From the moment i came across sofas and stuff to the delivery of my sofa the whole experience has been brilliant. The barn setting in sussex was divine. The level of customer service was excellent. Although there is so much choice, with materials, sofa types as well as the more besboke items the staff are so helpful in ensuring you get the right thing.
ordering was easy and the delivery was prompt and again like others views the delivery service gave a 2 hour slot and were perfectly in time with this.
My sofa is very comfortable and of high quality.
I highly recommend sofas and stuff, they provide quality products which can be as bespoke as you want them to be, at a reasonable price and with a superior level of service, why would you go any where else.
In fact i think this is the only place i will come to for sofas in the future!

I've been looking for and at sofas for some time and each time have decided to use the money for a nice holiday instead. By the end of last year I decide it was finally enough and walked the streets to find sofas that would not only fit the small room I have, but also be reasonably priced. The stores range between expensive sofas where it seems you're also paying for the high street store to those online, where you have no idea of quality. Sofas and Stuff is a happy balance of having a warehouse style showroom, where they have excellent service. I'd still say they're on the pricey side, but I'm happy with the quality. On our second visit we ordered the sofas and are thrilled with the result. The only comment from the family are the cushions are a bit "crunchy", which I'm guessing is the newness of the fabric and fibre. I'm only sorry I never asked the delivery guys to remove the old sofa from the room - that was a battle for us and I'm sure they'd have done it with ease.
Now to relax into the comfortable new sofas and enjoy them.

First impressions were excellent, friendly and not overbearing service. Good advice on design and fabrics.
Quick turnaround time and delivered when they said it would.
Delivery guys were expert at getting the sofa's through the door.
Highly recomended, high quality goods at very reasonable prices.

We chose our sofa and chairs from SOFAS &STUFF in Eridge.The staff were friendly,helpful and above all knowledgeable.The choice of styles,colors, materials and prices was amazing.We particularly liked the possibility to "mix and match" sofas and chairs.Delivery on time by competent staff.Very satisfactory all round.

Our lovely new Wadenhoe sofa arrived c 2 weeks ago from the Harrogate branch. The staff were really helpful in dechiphering the variety of fabric choices available and we eventually narrowed the choices down (after lots of umming and ahhring). The sofa not only looks good but it is also really comfortable and cosy to sit on . Its is definitely the best quality and value sofa we found.

We had an excellent customer experience with Sofas and Stuff. The staff in the showroom were very friendly and helpful when we went to visit, and the online ordering process was simple and easy. Sofas were delivered on time and look absolutely fabulous in our sitting room. We are really impressed with the quality of the sofas and the materials used. I would highly recommend! D. Bird.

Just ordered a sofa in Jan & took delivery last week in Germany. Despite the dstance, everything worked out fine, the sofa was well packed for transport & we are thrilled with the result. We'll be orderng another one as soon as the budget allows tocomplete our lounge.

The staff in the showroom were very helpful indeed and provided plenty of advice and support to help us make a decision about what to buy and the best fabrics. The sofas duly arrived but within a few weeks, the sofabed started to lose it's support and creaked when sat on (despite not having used the bed at all). We raised this with the showroom who sent out an independent FIRA assessor. Unfortunately the assessor could find no specific fault and said it was due to the design and quality of materials, rather than a fault. Needless to say, the customer service from Sofas and Stuff changed considerably from the pre sales experience! We were batted between head office and the showroom and all the while we were unsure whether we should be using our sofa or not. After losing our tempers on the phone, we were finally offered a replacement sofa (without the sofa bed), but told we would have to wait longer due to other orders they had received, plus we would have to lose the money we had paid extra to have the sofa bed. There was no proper follow up from customer services, just a contact from the delivery company to arrange delivery of the new sofa. Very disappointing. You know the real value of a company when things go wrong, and Sofas and Stuff did not step up to the mark. They are quick to show the 5 star ratings on their website but don't be fooled.

Our experience with Sofas & Stuff has been no less than a pleasure. All the staff in the Parsons Green showroom are extremely helpful and were very patient with us while we shopped and took time to ensure we were choosing the perfect sofa - something we could not have done without their assistance. The sofa arrived in a very quick 3 - 4 weeks of us choosing it and with no issues at all. We could not be happier with our selection and would definitely recommend Sofas & Stuff to all of our friends.

As our purchasing experience with Sofas & Stuff in the past had been excellent, we had no hesitation in ordering from them again, although this time by phone. Belinda and the team at Hungerford were helpful and friendly, and the chair duly arrived, as promised, without any hitches. The delivery man was polite, friendly and took great care bringing the chair into the house and unwrapping it. We would unreservedly recommend Sofas & Stuff to anyone considering buying from them.

Visited Hungerford showroom where we sat for ages on the sofa we liked. Then I came back a few weeks later with a good friend and chose colours. Easy parking and good service at barn. Love the sofa. It's just what I wanted and I couldn't find anything to touch it elsewhere. Delivery men great as well.

I fell in love with the Pentlow bed the moment I saw it in the showroom. The bed itself is very well made and beautifully designed. I'd previously spent quite a lot of time looking for a bed on the high st and for the cost and the quality, it is well worth the investment.
The staff in the showroom were really helpful and left me to browse at my leisure - no hard sell just very helpful. I loved the fact that I could have the bed in such a variety of colours and fabrics. I was a bit overwhelmed with the choice so went with the standard colour.
Delivery was really quick seamless. I had a pleasant surprise when the delivery guys informed me that they also made the bed up for me and took away the packaging. I was delighted! I was given plenty of time to check the bed over to make sure I was happy. And, if I wasn't, they would have been happy to take it away. The delivery guys explained this all upfront and were really accommodating when I requested that they ring me in advance so that I could leave work and meet them rather than wait at home all day. If I had one suggestion it would be that the delivery drivers wear a uniform and covers for their shoes. They didn't make a mess but would be the 'cherry on the cake'.
I would definitely buy from Sofas and Stuff again and would recommend to my family and friends. The high street is so over-rated!

On visiting the Tonbridge showroom, my children were kept entertained with the resident dog and the toy box which is a major bonus whilst trying to choose a bed.

We recently renovated our villa and purchased furniture from Sofas & Stuff. Everything went very smoothly, a beige sofa in our living room is my favourite. Great quality of the materials and also - flawless service. Everything was how we talked from the beginning and always on time.

We were delighted with the excellent service and the choice of sofas and chairs in the Yorkshire showroom. Our daughters were made to feel welcome while we took our time. The friendly dog and free coffee made the whole experience stress-free.

We are very pleased with our new corner sofa - it has had the thumbs up from the kids too and they are very hard to please. The service at the showroom in Berkshire was really helpful and we are really pleased with the fabrics and look of what we have chosen. It has completely transformed our lounge. Delivery was excellent - on time and with very careful service. My only complaint is that we ordered our sofa only one day after the deadline for Christmas but had to wait until the middle of February for delivery.

After looking online initially I was pleased to find a local showroom north of Harrogate. I visited once and the whole experience was fantastic. The selection of sofas and fabrics was great, and the quiet and relaxed atmosphere made for an enjoyable experience. The lady in the shop was also very helpful and guided me through the process perfectly. Why would anybody want the high street brawl after visiting S&S. I placed an order 2 days later and I now have taken deilvery. I am very pleased with the sofa and the time it has taken to build. My only problem was the carelessness of the delivery guys (as is probably normal for delivery drivers). There was a lack of care bringing the sofa into the house and I now have some permanent marks on my freshly painted walls, although they were friendly.
