however i was was looking for something a bit newer than the cars they had in stock,so my visit never went any further than a walk round and a look through the windows but a nice big showroom and well stocked yard! they are doing something right!
would use there garage/body shop should i ever need to! as this also seems very competitively priced for the area!

What a lovely place, really nice set up. All cars are inside i have not seen anything like this before!
Bought my son his first car a little corsa, the team were really helpful, They made a fuss over my son as it was a birthday present with ribbons etc
Can’t sing their praises enough!
I’ve not had a great experience from Runabout Warehouse. I purchased a car from them Nov 2011, after 23 days the car stopped working. i have been quoted over £500 to get the car working! I’m currently in the process of taking Runabout Warehouse to the small claims court.

This is not entirely the whole truth, you bought a 12 year old car from us which as you said has some issues (as all cars do) we have told you to bring it back and we will repair it or replace it but you choose to place untruthful reviews on the web?? This could have been sorted weeks ago. Feel free to call me to discuss the issue.

Just to update, Runabout Warehouse had originally refused to repair the car as they stated “electrical faults are not covered under warranty”. The only reason they repaired the car was because I threatened legal action. Anyhow, I arranged to collect my car yesterday only to find that they were closed. I had drove 50 miles to fetch it! Runabout Warehouse do not know the meaning of customer service and I really wish that I’d never heard of them. My advise to the public would be to stay away & go to a reputable car dealership instead of these cowboys!

First of all I want to say that from the start I said it would be repaired and you weren’t interested in that only ‘legal action’.
After trying to take it further only to find out that even the law backs us up and understands cars don’t run forever fault free you decided to let us help you. You have bought a car that is 12 year old and expecting it to be perfect. We are not cow boys and our customer service has been good. We have hundreds of happy customers who have bought from us and if problems do occur (as they do with cars of all ages) normally customers have realistic expectations and understand things do crop but every thing can be resolved.
I hope you understand that your review can be highly damaging and the fact that it is not truthful says alot about yourself.
We have gone out of our way to help you and you repay us with bad reviews…… thanks for your gratitude!

Rebecca, you did not offer to repair the car from the start & I have emails to prove this.
Yes, the car is 12 yrs old but I don’t think that I am unrealistic in expecting the car to run more than 23 days!
Everything that I have written in this review is the truth & I feel that the general public need to know what type of company they are dealing with. Am I grateful that you sold me a car that after 23 days it left me stranded on a motorway….. NO!

I am sorry that the key fob ceased working after 23 days but that is not our fault. It was working perfectly fine when we had the car. This couldn’t have been prevented and it was out of our hands it is a common fault on Renault cars.
We fixed the problem so I really can’t understand what your issue is?
Even brand new cars from main dealers have problems it doesn’t make us a bad company!
We have sold cars to over 150 people and only a handful have had any problems and all have been resolved. This is to be expected and we are more than happy to help.
Its a shame some people are out to ruin peoples businesses out of spite. All I can do is apologies and fix the car free of charge, what else do you want me to do??
