Offensive content?
I had my hair highlighted and cut at &Hair a few months ago. My stylist (I believe she's a style director) didn't listen to what I wanted at all. She barely changed the colour of my hair. My husband couldn't even tell I had it done! Also, my hair felt dry and damaged after the treatment. The assistant who washed it was very rough and pulled quite a bit out with a sharp metal comb...
The atmosphere in the salon was awful, really. From decor to loud stylists to bad customer service- nothing impressed me about the place. Prices are definitely not determined by quality, rather by the salon's premium location. Avoid if possible.

Thanks for your feedback. I am pleased to say that our salon has undergone some significant changes since your experience “a few months ago”. Primarily, the style director has been replaced as have several other members of the team.
You will find that & Hair is now a professionally run salon, providing excellent customer service.
As the new owner, my priority is to provide our clients with a first class styling experience, in an environment where they feel comfortable and relaxed.
