Brick Box Cafe

Crepes and galettes (pancakes to me) and very yummy ones at that! Good value and the interior had a funky personality. Great combination! Try the English Breakfast crepe.

I love Brick Box. It’s part of Brixton Villages amazing collection of cafes and eateries. It’s really down to earth – old bits of furniture and rough around the edges, but I like that. AMAZING crepes – sweet and savoury – and always playing cool tunes… Great place just to sit and have a coffee too.

The Brick Box is situated in the ever more trendy Brixton Village market, good buzz about the place with late night openings on Friday and Saturday nights. Service is quick and friendly and it’s a good place to go to lap up the atmosphere.. but are their tasty crepes shrinking?!

First went there for a lazy Sunday brunch and was positively stuffed by the time we staggered out the door – just last week visited on a Thursday night and we were all really left feeling hungry and wondering if they have downsized their portions..

That said the crepes are divine and it’s definitely worth a visit..
