i am a cleaner in London who was due to start work in a office block after arriving at work i realised i had forgot my keys... i needed to get in ASAP and didn't have a clue what to do as i have never done this before! this firm is definitely the best in london really helped me out

Hi guys, Their work is very nice, but the cost is too high. Paid £400 for removing the security lock and fitting a new one. One of the most expensive night latches is £60 in the market, the fitted one is about £40 from the maker's web stores. How much would be fair with two hours job (Labour cost £50/hour) and 20% VAT? Is anybody agree with the cost? Are you going to use the service again? Watch OUT the Company if you have problems in you door locks.

Last month I decided it was a time to change locks in my old house for security reasons. I sent a request for a quote to several locksmiths and chose this company for their clear and reasonable pricing. I was not disappointed – perfect job was done and prices kept to the original quote.
