Excellent service, proved not to be an easy problem but I was helped enormously. He Wanted to stick to their maximum fee even though it was 2 full days work!. Wish there were more companies around like this.

Top-class service from someone who has very high personal and professional standards, and whose charges are not only very reasonable … they are more than reasonable, given that he invariably ‘goes the extra mile.’ Excellent back-up service, too – easily accessible and very keen to ensure that any problems are not only resolved quickly, but that they are also explained – in basic layman’s terms in my case. It is very refreshing to find a ‘personal’ computer service such as this. Unreservedly recommended!!

Advice from a previous company was to replace hard drive and operating system. Reece quickly traced fault to a defective mouse! Huge cost saving, quick and knowledgeable service, very realistically priced. Thoroughly recommended.
