Beaute Parfaite

Thought I had better add a positive experience here.  

I had a wash cut and half head highlights at BP (groupon) and the whole experience was great. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.  The stylist absolutely knew her stuff, recognising that the person who cut my hair previously did a really good job (it was cut by one of the top stylists in the country).  The cut that she did was brilliant and the colours were great.  I was very impressed overall and booked a pedicure for which I received a 15% discount.  So far I haven't been disappointed at all with this Salon.  It has an amazing range of treatments available and I am going to return to get my hair cut again in a few weeks.

I would not recommend this salon at all. The staff are so rude and beware, if you are not happy with something be prepared that you are in for an argument. The staff don't know any customer service and please book elsewhere where the service will be provided. Not worth it. 

Booked a massage with a therapist I had used before,  led to the treatment room by the therapist, only to discover somebody else doing the massage midway through! It wasn't a great massage, and the quality really didn't compare at all with the previous massage, although it was charged at the same rate.  The whole experience made me feel incredibly awkward.  When I complained to the therapist at the desk afterwards, she was incredibly dismissive and tried to encourage me to book another appointment with her there and then.  Will definitely not be going back there again. 

I visited the salon for a ‘stylish cut then Brazilian Blow-dry. Unfortunately the experience was really disappointing.

The treatment was applied before the haircut, rather than after. This meant my hair was cut dry and no styling (trimming layers) was done as once the treatment is blow dried in you can’t ‘pick up’ the hair. At the end of the cut I pointed out my hair was uneven at the front which the hairdresser tried to quickly correct. On leaving the salon my hair was still visibly uneven (noticed by others).

I’ve now had my hair cut by my regular hairdresser in Wanstead to sort it out. I have contacted the salon to ask for a refund but not heard back. Essentially spent £59 (plus another cut elsewhere) on a conditioning treatment and dodgy haircut so won’t be going back.

I do not normally write reviews, however I was very disappointed with this experience from groupon. Brazillian Blow dry with cut £59. The Blow dry was not the straightening one that I expected instead it was a de-frizz. I asked her for a cut wish she really didn’t seem to want to and therefore in two minutes sniped here and there with no formation the tiniest amount of hair possible. I felt that she had little interest and little commitment. I left my hair unwashed for the three days, washed it but no difference to what it was before. I have had a Brazillian Blow Dry three times previouse with fab results.
Do not waist your money.

I agree neat and welcoming facilities. Am slightly disappointed, also went along for Groupon deal but unlike other review it was over in 1 hour 15 mins not 2 hours. I asked when booking if I could decide which facial/massage to have once I knew what they consisted of, I was not consulted or asked any questions about my skin type or offered any information regarding choices. Therapist basically just gave massage and facial, which seemed like an express facial (i.e cleanse, mask, moisturise), and when it finished there was no communication, just turned on light and asked if I wanted a coffee/tea, surely if you have just had detox facial you wouldnt advise drinking tea/coffee???? so was not sure if it was actually over (very weird). Therapist hardly said a word, I have had facials before and found this very rushed and impersonal. Although I love Elamis products dont feel compelled to book any further treatments which is a shame.

I booked a Swedish massage and Detox facial with the Groupon offer – cannot recommend highly enough – an absolute bargain for two wonderful 60 minute treatments, although full price treatments are not unreasonably priced either. Staff very friendly, salon nice and new and clean. Products used smelled lovely. I will definitely use them again.

All staff very friendly, would highly reccommend a visit and some treatments. Booked 2 Platinum treatments, were treated like royalty and we both came out feeling very relaxed and de-stressed. Have already booked a return visit.

Booked a aromatic massage and detox facial with the Groupon deal. Having a very sensitive skin, i was quite hesitant. I was quite happy to be booked in so quickly. The staff is very friendly and extremely knowledgable. The lady who helped me customized the massage and facial for my sensitive skin. She really took her time and i felt really relaxed. Also the products they use are very well suited for sensitive skin. I will definitely come back. Thank you so much!

just had a luxury manicure and padicure. it was so relaxing. and the paraffin wax was the best. everybody has to try in once. my skin became as smooth as a baby’s bum. paraffin wax is the way to go. the staff was very polite and friendly as well. loved it xxx

the Beaute Parfaite is the place to go to get pampered. I had the best Swedish body massage ever. the staff was extremely friendly and the place is elegant. i would definitely recommend the beaute parfaite to everyone!!!!

Feeling fabulous, the treatment here was simply great, and the aesthetics of the salon is lovely, really elegant, looking forward to heading back soon, definitely my salon of choice from now on.

Good service and friendly staff. Very neat, clean and welcoming facilities and I would definitely come back for a treatment!
