I was surprised how good this place was. Blumin good food, excellent interior as you would expect in a contemporary indian restaurant, and yes they have a well stocked bar; the staff- friendly with a touch of banter, knew the menu inside out and made recomendations for minor alterations to suit our needs. Will definately be going back

Brilliant to find my most local Indian restaurant is on a par with favourite restaurants as far afield as Harrow,Hammersmith and Manchester.Excellent menu,passed my paratha and puree tests,fair prices and the old Royal is now saved as a quality facility for the village.Must maintain these standards and deserves full local support.
