Beware of the service that Chapel House St Helens offer.
You will not get the KIA Service that you may think they are giving.
They offer a service (in my case 4 years) but on picking up the car they had only changed the oil and oil filter. Despite requesting that they look at my brakes (spongy) and Clutch this was not done except to say that a change of brake fluid might improve the situation!! This Change of fluid is part of the 4 year Kia service requirement.
Their Service manager could not even find what Kia recommended for this service claiming that I had requested what he called first line servicing whatever that might mean? It certainly does not cover a normal service.
So beware what they offer and check what you are getting for your money.
