TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

i placed a small order of 3 items at midnight and they said it would take 45 mins.... after being very paitent i rang them at 1:10am to see where my food was as i still hadent of recived it they said the driver would be 10 mins and did not apologize for the delay .... at 1:25 am i still did not recive my food and rang them agen and they once agen said he will be 10 mins and when i asked them why they didnt call me and infrom me of the delay or apologise all he could say was "sorry sir"  after reciving my food 95 mins after ordering it the "chicken SKEWERS" were not skewers they were just chicken and cold and so was the rest of the food so if u want stone cold food 95 mins after orderingand terrible customer service this is the place...... thanks ming you really shouldent have

Tried to order from here using their website. Received a confirmation email but after an hour no food had arrived.

Phoned to find out what had happened and they had no record of the order. Extremely unprofessional. Proceeded to hang up on me when I complained.

Will not bother using their service again. 

A very good Chinese takeaway service. Food always delivered hot and within specified times. Reasonable prices and staff repeat order back to you over the phone to ensure they’ve got the details down correctly.

They do some special set dinners for 1-4 people starting from under £6 a head (ask details when calling). They also do some fabulous deals on individual dinner boxes such as Chicken in Black Bean Sauce with Boiled Rice or Noodles for around £4 and the portion sizes definitely won’t leave you wanting! Mixed Hors D’oeuvres at £5.20 for a mix of veg spring rolls, crispy seaweed, satay chicken, spare ribs and prawn toast, yum, what a bargain! Free delivery for orders over £7.
