Ordered a shirt and received an email the next day stating it had been dispatched After waiting a week and not receiving it I email customer services and they tell me it had not yet been printed but they will push it through print for me that day. I waited 5 days and still received nothing so emailed customer services and they said my shirt could not be printed as the image was not the correct size. At this point I decided to call them to see what was going on and I was told they are too busy to speak to me and to call back at 6pm. Later I receive an email from Google Pocket saying I had been refunded. WTF!!!
I would usually walk away at this point but because the shirts are cheap I decided to give them a second chance, so I placed an order for 2 shirts nearly 3 weeks ago, received a dispatched email a week ago and still waiting for them to arrive. I have called customer services twice and they just say the shirts will be with me tomorrow.
The reason I ordered with them in the first place was because of the good reviews on their site about how quick the turn around was but I guess these are all fake reviews to make them look good. I submitted a negative review but surprise surprise they did not put it on the site.
The customer service is the worse I have ever known and the overall experience is bloody dreadful.
I would advise anyone to look elsewhere.

The service I received was excellent and the price was also great. I ordered 110 tshirts for a charity walk in remembrance for my mum, so obviously wanted them to be perfect. They were great and arrived exactly when I requested. I am definately going to use them again later in the year to order more!

I was looking to get shirts printed for a concert and had left myself very little time. The shirts were done quickly and came on time, the quality of the shirts are great and the price is very very fair. I would order again in a heartbeat. The only thing I would suggest to improve service is instructions for washing (some shirts can't be machine washed and I wasn't sure if these are) and maybe a pdf proof of the shirt before it's being done but all in all very very happy.

Over 2 weeks after ordering I have no t-shirts. I was told they were shipped over a week ago- they weren't. They're now delayed at a depot- no-one at any point has called or replied to update me.
Since the t-shirts didn't arrive in time for my event I went to a local t-shirt printer- which is where I'll be going in future.
I've asked for refund - no one has replied. This is the worst customer service I've ever encountered.

Not only are they cheaper than most; but the quality of the shirt is fabulous, the quality of the printing is fabulous and the service/turn around time was amazing. I cannot recommend this company enough. An absolute joy to deal with!!

Customer service was polite, helpful and friendly, and very accommodating with my specific requests! Ordering was quick and simple over the phone, and the person I spoke to was able to find my correspondence with a colleague very quickly. The order itself took a day or two longer than expected to arrive, but it's at better than expected quality so I can't complain there!

Used the simple t shirt design page on their website where we designed our shirts very quickly, we had 8 to make with individual slogans and the process to do this was very simple but with good quality.
Quickly made the order and they were delivered promptly, each shirt fitted as we thought and they looked great with a qualtiy finish.
Will recommend to anyone after customised quality printed t shirts at a great price!

A great local store with excellent customer service.
My wife has such a great eye for unique, Affordable pieces. They have professional staff with excellent experience and are very trustable in case of money. They give quick response to emails and calls and also navigating their site is very easy. Purchasing from them will never disappoint you. Thetshirtman rocks! Great customer service. They have professional staff with excellent knowledge and also save our useful time. Even if you are ordering a small number of shirts they treat you like their number one customer. Excellent quality and fast turnaround. We had a trade show to attend and had left our t-shirt printing VERY VERY late.
Had spoken to a few other companies who were too preoccupied to speak to us and/or wanted everything uploaded through their website etc.
Spoke to The T Shirt Man and they were friendly and VERY FAST!

awesome. I had this crazy idea to design a shirt for my boyfriend with a piece
of Bacon wrapped around it in graphic. They have professional staff with
excellent knowledge. The shirt looks great, but it was the service part that
felt even better. They also possess a large collection branded garments. I will
use him again soon for myself.

They possess a huge collection of stylish garments for all and top class
quality in reasonable prices. Purchasing any garments from them never disappoints

Tshirtman offers quality
t-shirts at very reasonable price. It is always a great place to find some
awesome shirts. I do wish that they carried more women clothing like they use
to a long time ago but still they are best to recommend anyone. The quality of
their t-shirts can easily catch the eyes of t-shirt lover and they deserve the
best ratings.

Poor communication via email. Took a month to arrive even though I was told it would arrive within a week. Staff members didn’t seem to know anything about the order but I will say the clothing was of decent quality to my surprise.
No doubt someone will say “Visit Testimonials @www.thetshirtman.co.uk” but anyone can add positive reviews to there own website. Try posting some of the negative reviews to help others!

Mr Wall.
As we spoke on the phone we do try and get all orders out within 3-5 working days, however at times certain orders do get lost and when prioritizing orders we get those which are needed for certain events.
Your orders were placed on the 27th April and 1st May which were 10 and 8 working days respectfully.
Note to customers: If garments are needed for a special event please call and notify us when order is placed online.
