Snacksaway was awesome, but they disappeared without warning :(
Best sandwiches I’ve ever had from a lunchvan/delivery place. Prices were reasonable and everything was fresh and tasty.

I’ve used Snacks away a couple of times from work and found the website easy to use and navigate, the food was fresh and tasty and arrived in time for my lunch break!
More recently however the website is showing a 404 error and there’s no answer on the phone.

What has happened to you all? :(
Brilliant food but you seem to have recently disappeared off the face of the earth, keep checking back on your website and it just says down for maintenance or page not found, your facebook page has disappeared as well and no one answers the phone? have you shut down?
if this is the case then that is so sad as i really did like your service, but do you think you might be able to let people know what is going on?

I am really impressed with Snacks Away, their site is greatly designed and works perfectly. The order process is real easy and the food is even better! The delivery staff are real friendly and always have a smile on their face when they turn up with my delicious, fresh lunch.
You can really taste how fresh the ingredients are and the quality is just great. I order regularly from you guys and have yet to have a bad experience. Keep up the great work guys! Thank you!

Very easy order and payment process with a great selection of sandwiches/baguettes, snacks and drinks.
I had a BLT sandwich which tasted great and sure it was still warm, along with a Tropicana which was the 330ml version not the diddy 250ml McDonalds give you. Also had a packet of crisps and chocolate bar which well they are what they are, and were reasonably not extortionately priced.
Favourite from the meal was the pot of fresh melon, selection of three types I think and it tasted very fresh.
Once I had completed the order it was less than an hour before I was tucking in.
Overall good fresh product, great price, decent delivery speed; Ideal.

Snacksaway is truly the best sandwich delivery service in Peterborough! Reasonably priced and outstanding food. I highly recommend everything I have ordered (am slowly working through the menu and have not been disappointed yet!). Apart from being a fantastic idea to order and pay online, the food that arrives quickly afterwards is amazing! Honestly the best sandwiches I have had! To anyone trying it out, don’t forget the savory and sweet menu! Everything is delicious. I have even ordered at work to take home for my Kid’s tea! Brilliant!!

Only ordered a few times from snacks away in the past few months theyve been open but the snacks away team have never failed to wow my staff and colleagues. A genius idea that saves so much time and you dont even have to leave your workplace! Iv tried the sandwiches and the baguettes and its like the bread has been baked 10 minutes before it arrived at my workplace. Incredible fillings, side orders and salads, i hope snacks away goes national!
Only room for complaint (if you can call it that) is that i wish the baguettes where bigger, but then again, im quite a greedy pup…

I saw your little van running around lynchwood and decided to give your sarnies ago…. well after ordering online and getting my lunch 10-15 mins later i was impressed, then i tried the brie and bacon wrap…it was spanking so i ordered a smoked salmon bagel today with a few from the office yet again absolutley lovely infact id go as far to say the best one ive tried for a wile…guys give this place a try love every one at i3 media ltd

Loving SnacksAway.
Great easy to use website with options to pay by card and cash on delivery which is really helpful. Delicious food using fresh ingredients with a great variation of products even for us veggies/fussy eaters and regular dieters. Friendly service always delivering on time … love the wheels boys!! Well presented in nice packaging and always receive cutlery and dressings, etc. Excellent value for money.
Keep up the good work guys and the girls in the office will definitely keep ordering from you!!!

Fabulous food, great value, extremely tasty and good variations! The girls in the office are loving Snacks Away, and we love the little van that comes around to deliver the food! Brilliant idea, and so different to the other vans who come around! Vicky

Our company have been using snacks away for a couple of months now and are loving the food. Sandwiches are made with the freshest most delicious bread and the fillings are tasty and generous! Much better than the regular roll van that we have previously used. The deliveries are on time and the drivers are polite and friendly. Prices are very reasonable when you consider the quality of the food and the way its presented. I was very impressed with the packaging which is all enviromentally friendly and recyclable. Over all we love it so keep up the good work guys!

After sticking with Snacks Away for a couple of weeks I’m pleased to say their service has caught up with the quality of their products, earning them 5-stars from me. I’ve left my original review in below but for anyone new to Snacks Away, it’s now ALL GOOD! :)
The ordering process is very good, almost enjoyable. The website is easy to navigate and a credit to the team responsible for it. Unfortunately not everything was so good…
Our first order had a missing drink so Snacks Away were called and the missing drink sent out to follow. Our second order the following day was late and only half delivered, with the remainder of the order delivered an hour an a half later still!
Delivery issues aside, the food is competitively priced and is great quality – so far we’ve ordered salad, sandwiches and baguettes and all have been very tasty.
It seems fairly apparent that Snacks Away are a victim of their own success and are struggling to keep up with demand. Thankfully Snacks Away are hiring more delivery drivers so these issues should be resolved shortly. It should also be noted that on the second day, both orders had a complimentary muffin with the order as an apology which was appreciated.
I will continue to order from Snacks Away but I expect the delivery service to improve. Once it has, I’ll leave another review!

I’ve had a number of different baguettes and salads from Snacks Away and they have all been delicious. The salads are lovely and fresh and don’t taste processed at all, the same with the bread and baguettes used. The deliveries have always arrived on time also – excellent service.

My first order today. The website was an absolute JOY to use and so simple. I did think that some of the prices were a little high but the quality of the food makes it worth the extra 50p. The bread with lovely and fresh and very, very soft. I had the BBQ chicken sandwich which smelled devine and only made it to about 40 minutes after delivery instead of an hour and 40 minutes! The BBQ sauce wasn’t heavy and had a lovely smokey/sweet taste without being overpowering. There wasn’t mounds of lettuce to munch through, just enough to know you had eaten some. The delivery was extremely prompt and the driver was very pleasant. The Raspberry and coconut slice has to be eaten to be believed – a pure joy! The only criticism I could make (and I’m struggling here) would be that the chicken was a little dry. A suggestion would be a ‘make your own sandwich’ with a flat fee for the bread and an individual price per portion of filling allowing the consumer to make their own concoction from a given list. Well done guys! Forgot to say snacks-a-licious ;o)

We really love the website and the fact that you can pay by card in advance. Quite a few of us ordered today.
The food was delivered promptly however there were two items missing. We called up to inform you and you did deliver the missing items approx an hour later however the crisps were the wrong flavour! Also, it was wierd having peppers in my egg mayo baguette!
All in all, we did like your food, just iron out the little creases and you will be on fire!

Decent fresh ingredients, beats a stale sandwich van roll, or un-named supermarket sandwich with a shelf life of 12 weeks. Look forward to buying from you in the weeks/months/years ahead! The only thing is, I’d love a Prawn Marie Rose on Granary ;)

Proper ingredients make this food taste good! Just had a Hoi Sin Duck wrap that actually uses the sauce you get in the restaurants which made it a worthy purchase.

I thought I would try Snacks Away for the first time today and opted to go for one of their salad meal deals. My order was delivered promptly and well within the time specified. The food was great, very nicely presented and great value. I’ll definitely be using them again and recommending them to my work colleagues.
