Madame Felle

Very pleasant, friendly, cosy bar in the Bryggen area of Bergen, Madame Felle really comes into its own on sunny days. The outdoor seating area overlooks the harbour and with the sun beating down upon you, it’s a calm, beautiful place to drink a Ringes or two.

The staff are friendly and speak good English, and considering the price of beer in Norway, it’s not too expensive in comparison to other bars.

Inside the bar is a bit more gloomy, but it’s well designed for those cold cold evenings, I’d imagine. There’s also a nightclub attached, but we didn’t visit this. Our group returned for a pint here most days, which is perhaps one of the best compliements a bar can have.
