Our Customer Care department managed to fully investigate the situation with your End of Tenancy Cleaning session. It was performed on 1st July.As you had not moved out before our service started we informed you in writing no guarantee could be given for the cleaning as you were moving out in the next couple of days after the session was to be finished. Upon completion of our service the job was inspected and paid without raising any issues. Our company was contacted almost a month later to be advised with couple of issues. Even if your guarantee had not been not taken off we still have Terms and Conditions presented to your attention that we need to be contacted within 48 hours upon finishing the job if there are any outstanding issues.
Please be advised those are the two main reasons because of which we were not able to perform a free of charge re-clean session.
