Hi there, just wanted to thank you for the hard work. Our landlord was very happy with the cleaning standard. Just one small issue - the cleaners were hardly speaking English. After all there is a big chance to use them again next time. Thanks keep up the good work.

I had deep cleaning session with you and I am really happy with the result, my landlord too. Everything went very good except that the cleaners were late with 15 minutes. After all, I just got my full deposit back and I'm ready to forget everything else. Thanks!

These cleaners are the worst and most unprofessional service I have seen. They only clean obvious areas so forget about anything to do with under the bed or under the sofa. Do not use them to clean any carpet or sofa either, you are better off using a brush and hot water as the results will be similar if not better. They do not respond to email complaints either. 

UPDATE: Just posting an update, as I was contacted by the manager who was appalled by the service I was given. She handled the issue same day and arranged a full refund. I was quite glad to see a swift resolution to it after being a tad frustrated.

They called me 1 hour before the appointment with the bad news that they won't be able to clean my apartment and I have to wait them until the next day. They offered me a good discount as apology and I decided to give them second chance. They came and did wonderful job. My Landlord is satisfied with the result of your cleaning session! I just got my deposit back!

I needed my 4-bedroom apartment cleaned immediately because I had to move out very quickly and I needed my deposit back. They came on very next day and performed the best end of tenancy cleaning I've ever seen. They just asked "What are the priorities?".

We used your company for our end of tenancy cleaning. Did a really good job on the whole place especially the oven which I hate cleaning and needed some special attention with special products.

All you have to do is to call them and make appointment with someone of the crew. They will come to explain you the whole process and give you quote. On very next day they arrived and started to clean almost immediately. The appliances and tiles really needed scrubbing, and they managed to get rid of all dirt that was build up there. They said that they will need between 4-7 hours, but they cleaned the whole place only for 3.5 hours, which was very amazing. When our landlord came to see our house, he was amazed and gave us our deposit back (the whole deposit!!).

This cleaning team is totally trustworthy. Simply - they do a great job. They just don't dust and vacuum, they straighten up all your junk so it looks neater. They are incredibly detail oriented and everything was spotless. Their dedications is trully outstanding.
