Really pleased with the work of these guys. I had to move out to a new apartment 2 months ago and needed a fast report from professionals since the owner wanted to get the new people in. Friend of mine recommended me this company saying that they do really detailed reports and rarely miss anything. Well I decided to trust them, after I booked a full report on the apartment, they came and managed to do it in less than a day which was really impressive. I'll be sure to get back to these guys in future, they seem to be reliable and professional.

When the crew arrived I was a bit sceptic, if they are going to stand up to my expectations. Well they managed to go beyond them. They had the whole place covered in less than 2 hours without missing a single thing, amazing. The report was fantastic!
I definitely recommend these guys!

I'm not really satisfied with the end result to be honest. I had this company to get my place reported since I was moving out and had to give a report to the landlord. Guys were right on time and seemed professional in first place, but when it came to work it was a whole new thing. After I saw the report I noticed that there were some things missing as well as details. I'm really sorry that they didnt do well, since they seems like nice people. I might consider not using the services of this company again.

I couldn't really sit back and watch. These guys do a fantastic job and I wanted to recommend them for the great property service provided! I've used them several times already and each one was a great experience. Every time excellent reports done and in no time. I really appreciate their hard work!

Found out about this Inventory Company accidentally, but I'm happy with this, since I'm more than satisfied with the end result. The clerks seems to be very accurate, they were right in time at the appointed place, adding to that they did their job fast and professionally. I'll definitely recommend to everyone who is in need of this kind of service!

I used the inventory services of the company several times. They were knowledgeable and very polite. They made for me and my landlord good detailed check-in reports and some interim reports too. We totally appreciate their hard work and will contact again,for sure.

I want to recommend this company for the professional propery management provided. The only thing that made me a little mad was that they did not take their shoes off when entered the apartment. They just had to ask.

I came across this company by chance since the property management agent I hired used to work with them. There was a fair portion of misunderstanding during my last order, but the only side to blame was the property management company since they lost the keys and the inventory clerk couldn't get in the property. The job he did eventually was outstanding.

Great job ! We were very impressed by how professional and knowledgeable Tom conducted himself during the inspection. Not only was he easy to understand and follow but even the way he responded to my questions. It was clear to me that he is very experienced and genuinely cared about our interests. London Inventory Company were amazing from the first phone call to when they completed our job. They came through on everything he committed to. He spent the time with us and did a thorough inspection. They were not rushed and took the time to do an awesome job.

London Inventory Company is surely the Best Inventory company in London. We have owned property to rent in London for many years. They carry out Inventory reports as well as all our Check In and Check Outs for us. As London Inventory Company go they offer us a super service. Their Inventory Clerks are amazing and always on time. Their Inventory reports are concise and highly detailed. We have found the best Inventory company in London

As a first time home buyer, I was unsure of what to expect when buying a home. I was recommend to me to higher a home inspector so I called London Inventory Company and it was the best thing I did. The inspector was honest, detailed, and provided all the information I would need to feel confident about my purchase. I was very satisfied with the detailed report and am currently in a situation where the investor/owner of the house doesn’t want to do any of the repairs! This is my first home buying experience but I’m pretty sure most of those repairs would be required by an FHA loan, At the end of the day, If this house doesn’t end up being the one, I will definitely have these guys check out the next one!

I have just finished a through 3 1/2 hour home inspection with Tom from London Inventory Company. It was truly a pleasure. You can ask him absolutely anything and he gives straight and knowledgeable answers. I had my contractor friend with me during the house inspection and he too was super impressed with Tom. I asked for a bunch of cards as I wouldn’t hesitate for an instant to recommend him to friends and family. Thanks again!
