Offensive content?

Review of Havering Sixth Form College from 1 December 2012

This college is a joke. The students here are arrogant, rude, loud and rather impolite. I have on.several occasions complained about this to the receptionists but I have either got no reply or have been hung up on. Every time I pass this 'educational facility' I see some scummy youths smoking god knows what outside. My advice, do not send a child there, it's more like a kennel than a college!
