I always feel that you are all very kind and co-operative and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending you or working with you again in the future.
I think you are realistic and up to date with the local area.
We have also been delighted with the mortgage service set up by Aaron.
My only slight negative is that if I have rung up and not been able to speak to someone, I have been told that I would receive a call back.I don’t think I ever have! But it’s only a small quip and out-weighed by the good service that you offer. And hey ho, maybe it’s because you are just so busy!

I have used Chase Buchanan twice now to move house and have been very pleased with them. The most recent time we had our buyer drop out for personal reasons, but they managed to find another buyer at exactly the same price which enabled us to keep the chain together and move to a home we had set our hearts on - many thanks to the team who have always been polite, helpful and friendly.

Stephen was predominantly who I dealt with and I have nothing but praise for his handling of the negotiations, interim process and the completion. Very professional, friendly and I was very well informed 100% of the duration, the purchase of my property reflects very well for Chase.

We were very pleased with the service we had from everyone at the office, in particular David, Stephen and Rhys - the pricing was realistic, as witnessed by the sale price obtained, and the marketing strategy led to the property going back under offer very quickly when the original purchasers let us down.

We are very happy with the way this sale has gone – a reasonable valuation and sold at the asking price to buyers who are straightforward and pleasant – what not to like??? On a personal note, I think Rhys handled the sale very well and I have appreciated his input and advice.

First of all, thank you so much for such a speedy letting! I really am impressed with the Chase Buchanan lettings team and the sheer volume of viewings you managed to arrange in the space of 24 hours, outstanding work!
I also wanted to personally thank Katie because she has been instrumental in my reassessment of estate agents! Katie was incredibly good at listening and at understanding what our home means to us and why we feel it is important to get a tenant who falls in love with it.

Never have I known an Agent that is actually out to help! Chase Buchanan were a constant support throughout the sale of my property. Even when my sale first fell through, the St Margarets team were quick to get it straight back on the market. Within a couple of weeks, they had secured another buyer and it was all plain sailing from there. I never thought in a million years I would be going out of my way to recommend an Estate Agent! Chase Buchanan is a different breed; I would be happy to use them again in the future.
