Many thanks to Chase Buchanan for their work on our transaction and in particular the speed with which they took on the property, commenced marketing and started receiving offers – according to my records, it only took a week from the time they first looked at the property to putting it under offer!

This is the second time Chase Buchanan have successfully sold a house in the area for us, as well as managing the letting of one of them for 3 years. We would not use any other agent, we were recommended to them and would not hesitate to recommend them to others. They dealt with everything with speed and efficiency.

The service we received as purchasers was first rate, very professional but without the stuffiness of some other agencies we have had dealings with in the past. We’d have no hesitation using Chase in the future.
