very friendly salon and I am so happy that I had my hair done from anita who is great and loves her job,the advice and service was great and the massage washbasin and head massage made me feel so relaxed and I will be returning again.I will say that I did read some of the negative reviews but I was very happy with this salon and will tell my friends to visit this great salon. Well done

i have been cutting it for my hair needs for two year now and can honestly say that not only do you come out looking great , this salon they do a fantastic job every time i visit ,luxury home care products to buy ,very good prices and great staff !!!! highly recommend this salon all freinds

I visited cutting it a few weeks back for my hair cut althoiugh i wish i never had! The only reason i came to this hairdressers in thee first place was beacause the others salons down the high street were all fully booked at the time. When i got there i wasnt greeted in a friendly manner atall! looking at pervious reviews (not convinced theses reviews are real) they have said you do the best mens hair cuts. I can safely say this is NOT true! I had been sat down after the wash which wasnt very pleasent as they got water in my face and ears I was asked how much i would like taken off i responded with only a inch otherwise my hair tends to stick out in different places due to having a double crown. They DID NOT listen to a word I said and end up walking out the salon with my hair looking worse then what i came in with. When leaving the salon i was given a loyalty card which stated after 5 haircuts you get your 6th one free! well i can tell you now im pretty sure no one will bother coming back a second time let alone 5 times! DISGUSTING salone stay well away!

We have noted you have strongly warned people to avoid our salon and also commented how stingy we are with our products and our hairdressers are not trained but you have never made a complaint about this matter to us at our salon? Over the past 7years of running salons we have only employed stylists with a minimum 3-5 years experience and top stylist with a minimum of 5-20 years experience as a requirement. All our stylists have a very good profile and worked for other chain salons for years and won lots of hair awards and done lots of training. We only provide high standard services and work very hard making sure all clients are happy with all our services. We only use high quality products such as label .m and L’Oreal and do not hesitate to use them as much as we need to. We are currently investigating a campaign and number of local salons who have written bad reviews about cutting it on several websites who confirmed that the IP address are all the same!!! To validate all good or bad comments about customers experience to our salons, now we are requiring customers to provide their full names as they leave their comments so we can stop this campaign and all offensive reviews. Had a mediocre cut here with a Groupon voucher about a year ago but have been plagued with texts offering cut price cuts ever since. I have asked to be removed from the database three times, and each time, confirmed that my details have in fact been removed. Not worth the hassle!

gem620, 20 November 2012:Stilll receiving marketing texts depsite now requesting five times to be removed. Have now reported to the Information Commissoner – then received another text! Phoned through to the salon spoke to “Paul” – who shouted at me, interrupterd me, and eventually hung up on me! The charmer :)

Bought Groupon for half and head of highlights and a cut. Receptionist was so rude twice on trying to book my appointment that I decided to get a refund from Groupon. They apologised and said that they are having current issues with this company. I got a full refund and apology. From reading the reviews below I may have got a lucky escape. I have a blog with a well known beauty company and write regular reviews for new products. I will be writing about my experience as I feel that bad customer service needs addressing rather than ignoring and covering up with fake positive reviews all written with similar grammatical and spelling errors. My advice avoid!

Hounslow128, 23 December 2012:Yes they seem to be able to report bad review and have them removed ?? mine was removed, some rubbish about being out of order ! go figure, if you are honest and say just how bad their cuts and colours are, and how rude the staff are, you get removed, be warned only trust comments from genuine people, pics are a good start, rather than cluedo people with bad grammar and spelling ! a very good friend of mine had to go to court to get her money back, and the cost of getting it put right, although she had to have over 4 inches cut off her hair to repair and level the bodge job they done, let alone the 3 sets of colour she had to have to fix the clumps of colour they put on her, STAY WELL AWAY FROM CUTTING IT, they are butchers not hairdressers :(

“saying great!!!!! As the above message has deemed the staff and salon as terrible I feel that I should explain the situation.This same person is writing more false reviews and I feel her writing such comments as immature and unprofessional.All our clients are happy with the service we provide and we will continue providing the up most service and excellent care , i never closed this salon.”
For the record I am not the same person, but I believe the false good reviews are written by the same person, look for the gramatical errors and spelling mistakes, its a dead give away ! I have had so many message from other disgruntled customers, and my friends court notes and reports have been copied to several others going through the same process.
We were even sworn at and threaten when we suggested we would come to the shop and advise anyone going in as to the dangers they face, entrusting their hair to them. If you love your hair give this shop a very wide berth. -

Styles Matter, 24 December 2012:I think that perhaps if a company was operating with integrity these sort of posts from different people would not be occurring. For most people having your hair cut and colored is an enjoyable experience and you are entrusting a professional to do this. I have not experienced their service as I was hung up when trying to book an appointment but I do feel that if people have had their hair ruined then Cutting It should rectify this. From the posts I’ve been reading I think Paul should be getting legal advice and look to perhaps compensate rather than shout as a court judge would not look upon these responses favorably in a small claim court.

I used a Groupon voucher to have a colour, cut and blowdry. The hairdresser (the sister of the owner) who was pleasant enough wasn't able to colour my hair or finish it to a standard you would expect from a qualified hairdresser. I left the salon with dye still in my hair, the middle of my hair was completely drenched and only the ends of my hair was styled so I never noticed the mess my hair was in until I got into my car. To make things worst, I still get annoying texts offering me similar deals.

If I could give them minus stars I would. They give terrible haircuts and awful customer service. They are well known around hear for their bad attitude and shoddy work. The good reviews do all look fake!!!!!!!!!
