VERY HELPFUL LOCAL COMPANY I have used big white cube on several occasions and cant understand these bad reviews
they are more than helpful,i told the staff at bwc and they have told me the reviews are from a disgruntled ex employee.
They are trading standards authorised and members of BVRLA if they were riping people off they would have been thrown out of these orginisations.
dont believe what you read give them a try,if you believe that they are going to charge you for a dent that is not there take a excess waiver and get a zero excess.

WARNING TO EVERYONE :
This is the worst company ever ,I would never go
back there .
On the 21/12/12 i got the van and they did
not check if the spare wheel was there ,the next day they accused me of
stealing the spare wheel which was not there when i got the van !!!
It took them 30 minutes to check if the van was
fine and then someone else came and they only took about 2 minutes
to check his van then they just let him go .

Similar story to Paul. Refused to return all of the deposit claiming there was a dent on one of the doors. The dent was a figment of their imagination. The whole thing was a con. Left absolutely fuming. I'd never use them again.
