Fantastic service, company helped me out after my photo’s were damaged, will definitely use again.

I had some pictures taken in Preston for a cute baby competition, or so i thought.
I was then told i could buy all the shots ( 3 poses) for £50 and receive a big image for free. They said they would post it. I waited 4 weeks and nothing. I then contacted them and was told they would get the photo off to me but over 8 weeks later and still nothing!!!!

I sent a letter and received my photo not long after but they didn’t put any postage on it, which i thought was a cheek considering i had already paid £50 ,not been told i would need to pay postage, i had waited so long and chased after them to get it sent!

I have never heard anything about the supposed “cute baby” competition i didn’t even see any of the other entries or get to vote? I asked about this and got no explanation.

I would not recommend these people or get sucked into to entering this “competition” If i have to rate it i would rate it 1 star but don’t even think they deserve that.
