Felt the staff were rude and unhelpful. Over priced and working on commission. Didn't reply to any of our emails, we felt really let down.
After searching the internet because of the poor service we found what we needed much cheaper.
Would happily pay a bit more if you were going to receive the level of service you expect.

Over the years, I’ve used Bath Travel in various locations but have been particularly impressed with the service in the Sherborne Branch. It is a modestly decorated travel centre but with very personalised client care.
The friendly welcome and homely atmosphere makes it a pleasant experience to make enquiries or work on ones travel requirments.
