Salts Mill is a restaurant, shopping and art gallery complex housed in Sir Titus Salt’s former mill built in 1853.
It is located in the centre of Saltaire (roughly between Shipley and Bingley).
There are several galleries displaying work by the local artist David Hockney which are free of charge to visit and well worth a visit.
The shops include an excellent cycle shop, a designer homeware store, a handmade jewellry shop, a fantastic bookstore, and a good cafe/restaurant.
It’s definitely worth visiting and ideal for spending a lazy Sunday taking in everything it has to offer.
