Stadthaus Böcklerpark- Soziokulturelles Zentrum

The Statthaus Böcklerpark is a youth, cultural and community center, which exists since 1982. It is located between the Landwehrkanal and Böcklerpark and is very conveniently located near the subway station Prinzenstraße. The 350-square-foot house is a Bungalowbau from the postwar period.There are numerous courses and workshops for children and young people offered, such as street and break-dancing, flamenco and pottery classes, football and table tennis, crafts, or Internet courses. There is also a children's area with Toberaum and climbing frame. You can also find billiards and table football.

Every last Friday of the month there is a children's flea market and baby-bazaar. More details at: 0162-3813890

The Statthaus Böcklerpark also includes a children's farm which is located behind the main building. There are goats and rabbits, whose existence is threatened, however, because funds are missing. The children's farm has the following opening times:
Tuesday 8.00 - 15.30 clock
Wed-Fri 8.00 - 17.00 clock
Saturday 12:00 to 17:00
