Really loved this .all the staff were very friendly and professional and i was made to feel very welcome they always offer you a hot or cold drink and sometimes even a cupcake! they also offer a returns policy so if you are not happy with the service you recived you can go back free of charge to make sure you are fully happy with the end result. i would definatly reccomend this salon to anyone!

As an edward charles customer for 2 years im very suprised that you didnt enjoy your visit to edward charles as every time ive been for my appointment the girls have made me feel more than welcome and the service ive always recived has alway been professional and always to a high standard. i would defanatly recomend this salon to anybody.

What a lovely place, had a really good hair cut too, very friendly and really great atmosphere, Sarah Jane, the owner strives for perfection at all times and will not accept any less, love it, oh and god knows what the last comment is about, must live on another planet, believe me give the place a chance and you will never go anywhere else!!! Keep it up Sarah your going to the top xx

Really disappointed with this place. Visited here earlier this year.  It looks the business - they want to give the impression of a smart city salon. I had high hopes. Sadly their skills don't live up to the hype.  Had a really bad experience. They seemed confident - perhaps even a bit cocky - but the end result looked horrible.  Would not recommend, AVOID!
