A quite fantastic place to visit. The extensive gardens are a visit in themselves and regular events throughout the year (like the snowdrop festival) will keep you coming back.

The family house of the Grey’s of Northumberland. Lovely gardens and delightful (if a little expensive) tea room where you can enjoy a cup of Earl Grey, as invented for one of the previous owners.
