Had a very nice evening here the other Saturday – the fact that we got the bus into Whitby from Ruswarp where we were staying for a few days and then walked up to West Cliff just to find it was made well worthwhile by the lovely meal and friendly service. It was even better to find that there were things we both fancied from the set menu (5pm – 7pm if my memory is correct) which was a great bargain for 3 courses – £15 (or just 2 if you wished) so we splashed out on a nice bottle of wine, and coffee & brandy to finish – well, we were using public transport! There were parking spaces outside if you went by car.
