Becky for massages and facials at his & hers is wonderful i feel so relaxed and happy shes always happy and cheerful to me and ive noticed others. Ive started my course of laser hair removal with Carla and ive had jade and becky do 1 session each and they always make sure im comfortable and im very happy with the results so far. I did do lots of research on laser for years, they have the best laser ndyag and alexandrite and compared to other clinics i looked at they are offering very good value for money. They are always busy everytime i go the place gets bigger and bigger. The lady Caroline at reception is very nice shes always smiling, although i can imagine shes very busy. I heard the staff talking about 2 other clinics they have opened in kings cross and harrow. For a small business they seem to trying hard. For me and my personal experience i feel you should always do your research go to the place you want to buy at meet the staff and then buy. I am fussy with standards and they managed to impress me. I would refer my friends here.

Been a customer since the opening day at his and hers. Every appointment I've received nothing but quality treatment! staff have always been pleasant even at really busy times even friends who I've recommended are pleased with the service. Carry on the great work girls!

I got a massage from a Wowcher deal and was so incredibly disappointed. They forgot to mention that the salon was under construction. Imagine trying to relax during a massage in the middle of a construction zone with hammering, drilling and heavy objects being dropped plus everyone walking around and talking loudly. This was not a positive experience, in fact I felt duped afterwards. Beware of this salon!

Re: Kings Cross branch. This is a new branch local to where I live. The staff here are quiet and polite. The atmosphere is also quiet and relaxing. The place is bright and very clean. I am being seen for laser treatment by Cat who's a friendly, bright, positive, respectful, helpful, professional, outgoing and chatty lady. Nothing seems too much to ask from her. She's also been very good putting me at ease, allaying any worries I've had while making me laugh and I feel lucky as a result. The centre uses the best and latest laser technology and is very affordable. As a result I look forward to my visits that cannot come soon enough!

Having laser at his & hers beauty clinic woodford, i think they are very welcoming towards you, always wanting the best result for you. I would suggest this clinic to my friends and anyone else who is interested in having laser done. The shop is very clean and the ladies who work there are always looking professional and having such a good vibe within them.

This so-called "beauty salon," is really rubbish, quite frankly the staff are disorganised, they barely seem like they know what there doing in terms of there treatments (laser treatment,) for example. Aside from their lack of professionalism, they are unfriendly. You are greeted with a cold welcome and a cold good bye. Beware! They attract poor, ill informed customers from groupon web site. Once they get your money they are content, because they offer no refunds. If that's not bad, there was even pubic hair on the floor which I tried to avoid looking at incase I gag! I got away fast - without a refund! Complete and utter waste of money!

While their hair dressing team may be good (didn't try them)l; their beauty staff seems to be beyond all hope.
Went there today and received the rudest, most unfriendly and incompetent treatment in my life:
The therapist didn't introduce herself to me. In fact, she barely spoke a word with me, except order me to check if I was happy with the job (eye brow tint and wax, eye lash tint). When I pointed out that some of the bottom lashes had been missed, all I got was some excuse that they were tricky to get and that she couldn't do them. No offer to redo them, or an apology.
At the end of the waxing/tinting, I also noticed a dark spot on my face - when pointing it out, I was told it was probably tint and to wash my face with soap. No offer of a cleenex or something to clean it with.
When I went to pay and I pointed out the eye lash issue to the rest of the staff - they just carried on making excuses.
Suffice it to say, first and final time I've been to this place.
[Let's not even go into the fact that the therapist didn't use gloves, that hygiene seems to be a bit luck of the draw, etc...]

Lisa has been doing my hair for a few years now and I would never have anyone else touch my hair. She has taken me from blonde to vibrant purple to brown and back to blonde. She is very professional, knows what she is talking about and I always love the outcome. I would recommend having Lisa or Stacey do your hair

Here I am, the fussiest of all about my hair, I cry if it goes wrong. My roots and colour needed doing badly along with a decent hair cut. My original hairdresser had moved away, she knew exactly how I liked my hair, so I was very nervous about the change. My friend recommended His & Hers Hair to me, she had her hair done there and said I would definitely be pleased with the outcome. So I went and now its my regular salon and here's why. The two stylist are so professional, I was approached with a cheery smile, offered refreshment and informed straight away when I would be dealt with. Whilst waiting, I looked around the shop, the ambiance was relaxing and soothing, music in the background and the beauticians were busy chatting to their clients, such a friendly atmosphere and straight away I felt relaxed. Stacey, my stylist, talked me through everything during my consultation, she listened to me and also recommended a few changes to my style. My hair is the best it has been for years, the colour and cut is brilliant and I am so happy I went to His & Hers. I now have my waxing and eyelashes done in the clinic to make a morning of it, I love it. I would totally recommend this salon.

Have had 4 sessions of laser at the salon, each session has been excellent and I am thoroughly pleased.... I have recommended the laser deal to all my friends. The staff have been attentive and in formative. They clearly are very good at their job and are providing the best deal and service in the area. They are very busy so Plan your sessions in advance.

Have my hair done regularly by Lisa, and I am never disappointed. Both Lisa and Stacey are very professional from the moment you enter the salon you are made to feel welcome, and to be honest, most salons I've ever used I feel intimidated by the staff, but not here!!!
Lisa is a fantastic stylist and colourist, she always does an excellent job, and I am very fussy. Although I have only ever had my hair fine by Lisa, I am more than confident that I would use Stacey should she ever be too busy to fit me in .
After reading some of the negative reviews about the salon I must stress that I have never experienced nothing but professionalism and friendliness by all the staff. I would recommend the salon to anyone, especially the hair stylists team.

I was really happy with my first hair cut and colour in this salon and am now becoming quite a regular there! It's in a convenient location, seconds from tube and ticks all the boxes-great colour and cut (a must as I'm quite fussy with my shade of blonde!) Friendly service-ALL the girls are approachable, welcoming and down to earth-very important for me as I find most hair salons quite intimidating. Also amazing value for money. I often get a lot of complements on my hair and have recommended it to a few of my friends now!

I have been using Lisa as my hairdresser for nearly 2yrs. I can honestly say she never disappoints whether its a cut and colour or a funky or stunning updo.
I like to change my hair often and she is always there with the best advice. Whenever I have been in the shop both her and Stacey have always been so welcoming and polite. I will most definitely be sticking with His and Hers for a very long time. Keep up the fantastic work Girls :)

Had my hair cut in the salon with kirsty on a Saturday. Time was taken on my hair and i was made to feel very welcome by the hairdressing girls. Laid back yet professional manner at reasonable prices. Will be going back. :-)

Booked my laser treatment from this place. First appointment ok, but since then every appointment they have been so unprofessional no sense of customer service at all. 2nd appointment I was booked for 20min knowing that I'm getting underarms, hollywood n full legs. On day of my appointment I was told that they can only do my legs. And I have to come on again to do underarms n hollywood.
Staff was hanging about laughing chatting but claiming they are very busy n fully booked and can't see me.
3rd appointment they booked me for 20th instead of 25th that I requested and was not told. I got there 25th for my appointment just to learn that they can't see me. Again not because of me just because they done a mistake and again were not at all helpful. 3 staff standing n chatting n said they are fully booked n are waiting for client.i was there 60min waiting and no one turned up. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. There are other places who do same deals but may be they will treat you like customers.

I am sure that somewhere in amongst the good reviews there is some self-adulation. I use the hair services at His and Hers. I have always been impressed and pleased with the colour and the hair cuts given by Lisa. However as for the beauty services i would never think about booking an appointment. The staff talk amongst themselves and are rude about clients - who are not in the shop at the time - but perhaps those who have phoned in etc. there seems to be more of an interest in the personal lives of the staff than the attention paid to paying customers.
There is no customer focus at all, it seems that most of the staff - except for the lady that does nails - have any level of profesionalism. From all my visits there it has definitely cemented that i would never have a beauty treatment there.

Had a pamper package here. Excellent service, brilliant atmosphere and professional. Will definately be going back soon! I rate this salon one of the best in essex and highly recommend to others.

I have been visiting His and Hers since it opened and I have always thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The girls are always welcoming, pleasant and professional. I have built up a lovely repport with the hairdresser and all the therapists having had many hair and beauty treatments. There is a nice relaxed atmosphere and I genuinely look forward to my appointments and a good catch up. I have already highly recommended this salon to friends and family who are now also regulars.
