Dont not buy this voucher from any deal site, this company is not professional and rude; i bought a deal which i booked from feburary for June; I called to confirm my booking time and i was told that they was now fully booked and i couldnt use my voucher; the supervisor was rude; and would only offer a refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR DEAL.

I went in for an underarm wax (£8) I was fine with the pricing just wanted to have clean armpits!
So I was told to lay down etc the usual they say at a salon and she started with the waxing - all good so far.
But then not all of the hairs came out so she said " I dont know whats happened" and I replied saying "well ofcourse it cant be me " She said "yeah I know but I dont know what theyve done with the cotton pads"
So she basically saying she had no idea where anything was, meaning the staff was very unorganised and even said she didnt know if they had changed the wax- erm maybe a bit of communication would of helped dont you think? Considering you all work together!!
Thus, the worst bit hasnt come yet- not all the hairs came out so she kept asking me what I want her to do so I said just want the hairs removed- the reason that Im there!!
So she started plucking- this took ages! So she realised it was taking ages so she asked one of her collegues to take over which thankfully she managed but when she came to the resuce my armpit was sore!
I was annoyed at the fact she literally couldnt wax my armpit-quite literally. Its not like I had so much hair it was impossible to wax- it was a reasonable amount and im not ven that hairy!
Just thought Id let everyone know if you decided to come here for a wax- make sure the staff actually know what they are doing.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life!! I am not sure if they are under-staffed or what but please don't waist your time with this clinic. They are very hard to contact (either the phone is busy or they just don't pick-up) . I have tried making an appointment with them for the past 3 months. I purchased a groupon and tried making my appointment early on but once again, the difficulty of just being able to talk to an actual person at the salon was so stressful. The worst part is that when they do pick up the phone, they have no customer service skills. No apology for anything, for the back and forth, for having to leave numerous voice messages only to get a response weeks later. I contacted groupon to get a refund and they told me that I am DEFINITELY not the first customer to complain about this issue. I highy recommend not even considering going to this place.

We purchased a couples massage via groupon for this salon and the experience we had with the salon was awful. It took us a few days to finally get through to them in order to make an appointment, once we did the only appointment they made available to us was 6 weeks away. Myself and my partner left work early to make our appointment, only to be greeted by miserable staff (Who I noticed just sat at the front desk deliberately ignoring calls). We were then told only one therapist is in so we can not both be seen.
The manager then came out and implied WE made the error by only booking one appointment and not a couples appointment. But was quickly outspoken when I notified her that her colleague JUST told us that they are short staffed. All that was needed was a simple curtosy call informing us before hand. They made no attempt to hold onto our business and suggested we get a refund with groupon!! Absolutely aweful service, and extremely unfriendly staff. Glad we did not have any treatments there, as I would not like to have any of them touching me!!

I wish I could actually write a genuine review of how I was treated whilst being at this beauty clinic. However, the treatment towards me was terrible before I even got there. I booked an appointment well in advance for a facial and massage, then they decided to ring me the evening before my appointment to tell me it was cancelled because the therapist had a hospital appointment. How does that even happen? When they attempted to reschedule, the next available appointment was three weeks away. I asked them to find an appointment sooner and call me back before the end of the day; i didn't receive that call. Sadly, I had cancelled any potential plans or meeting for the initial appointment I made, only for the day to be wasted. Hugely disappointing, very unprofessional and poor treatment to customers.

my worst massage and below average facial at the woodford clinic. not recommended! I went there today after having booked the appt at least a month before. They delayed me 40 minutes with a meer apology that another customer was in the room! the fact that they overbooked or double booked was not admitted! as the appt was for 2 hours 5-7 they told me that they could only do 1hr and 20 mins as they were closing at 7! they offered me to continue with the rest of the session (30 mins) another day. they didn't even mention about giving me a free extra session or something to compensate! generally the massage was the worst I had, the girl clearly inexperienced and was not putting any effort or pressure. my husband does a lot better job and he is not trained! the facial was way below average. it is true what they say that you get what you pay for... a lot of noise, the staff talking and laughing outside the door. the massage bed had no hole for the head, no magnifying glass for the facial (pores) the "therapist" was always going to other rooms to get different equipment, very unorganised. the voucher also said about a glass of bubble and chocolates...I was never offered these! possibly the lady at reception had them all herself! boys and girls avoid at all costs!very poorly managed!
needless to say that I am not going to return for the 30 mins treatment...

Zakk999, 25 March 2013:WOOOOOWWW I actually came on here to write a positive review after receiving excellent service, yet you describe the Salon as a living nightmare – hmmmm makes me wonder if your review is genuine?? anyway – I and my friend have now been visiting His and Hers for the past 7 months and other than one of the Ladies not accepting my invitation for a date, I have no complaints and neither does my friend. The girls are bubbly, always smiling, make you feel relaxed and comfortable. I am well travelled and love to look after myself and naturally have been to some of the worlds most sought out places for mens grooming treatments – there is nothing different that the Mandrin, burj Al Arab offer that His and Hers don’t – Oh tell a lie…Burj Al Arab offer you a glass of bubbly in solid platinum glass!!! – I am some what shocked that you have made such comments – we have had massages, manicures, pedicures and facials – no complaints!!! I guess there is no pleasing some people- We and many other satisfied customers will continue to use His and Hers!!

I have also travelled the world and been to Maldives and other places where they offer the highest standard of spa. But I am not even comparing them with them. I am comparing them to other local beauticians. Even at my gym I have had way better facial and massage! Being delayed 40 mins with no real apology or effort to compensate that was the cherry on the cake. I guess it is good that not all people have a great taste, high expectations and a sense of professionalism otherwise these saloons would close down and leave a lot of people unemployed…

Today was my third visit / second treatment at His & Hers, and I have to say I am extremely pleased!
The machines are top of the range, the therapists (Kat & Samira) are polite, and professional and were able to answer any questions I had. I have been to other laser clinics, and this one in comparison is one of the best for staff, equipment and price. I brought my deal through Groupon however I have been treated like a full paying client.
Definitely recommend!

Ive had various treatments at his and hers beauty clinic and I have never had a bad experience ever... So im very surprised at the negative feedback on here.
The staff are wonderful, friendly and very professional. Becky does a amazing massage and Lisa hairdressing skills are brilliant.
I recently bought 2 vouchers for massage as gifts and both of the people I gave them to have had their treatments and want to back for more.
I would never go anywhere other than his hers as they make me feel so comfortable! I would highly reccomend this friendly clinic to everyone.

My expirence at his and her beauty clinic was outstanding, the therapists made me feel welcome and was all very polite. I had a pamper package and it was amazing.. A manicure and pedicure I will never forget. I will definitely be coming back here.

HORRIBLE EVER EXPERIENCE,don't try to go there you will end up with frustration and disappointment with the service and with the staff.I booked them through Groupon and went for a facial and massage on 10th FEB 2013,I found the place so noisy and unwelcoming,the therapist was not trained she was unaware of the basics of facial and body massage.the session ended up in sheer disappointment and total wastage if time and money.I will never go to this place again..HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!

The worst experience I have ever had. First of all entering the place was so unwelcoming. No smiles from the receptionist. Then I was sat on a small waiting area on a high bar chair (uncomfortable) might I add. To find a customer came out to dry her pedicure out on the small tight waiting area with discomfort it seems and I thought in my head I don't like this already. But I carried on and hoped for my message to be great as I have been waiting for this.
Was taken into a room with no doors to close behind her and I thought ok maybe it's fine they don't need doors as it not needed no one will need to come in as they know a treatment is in progress. The room was big with a few room separater in there I saw one that showed the fire exit hence why it was freezing. But as I sat down topless I saw people walking from behind the room separater opposite me. I quickly covered my self. I didn't realise the room was for people to access another treatment room. What???? Was going on. Never been a salon like that in my life. I felt really uncomfortable then on and conscious of people. Not good place to go it was a groupon deal couldn't just walk out if its paid for. But I would for sure never pay full price to go there. What a disappointing place.
The owner of the place did not thought this out at all and to think they have made a brand out of the name and opened more salons. Wonder what the rest of the branches floodplan layout looks like before even thinking of opening more salons they need to learn about customer care and privacy first. Disgraceful!!

Today myself and a friend, had a 50 minute massage and a 40 minute facial, at 3pm, booked in the His and Hers clinic on Caledonian Road. We actually arrived 20 minutes early, however we had to wait outside because the doors where locked, after knocking relentlessly and calling the phone numerous amount's of times, we where finally let in at 2:55 pm where we was offered a meek apology, and no explanation. We where then told to sit and wait, which we did for 20 minutes into our session. This is not usually a problem as most companies will give you your full time session if they are running late, however we was in for a rude awakening.
After we had been waiting approximately 10 minutes the two girls who actually did our massage came upstairs, one in particular I found extremely rude, in fact as she came into reception I heard her say, "it would be me wouldn't it", she then rolled her eyes at me before walking off. All I could think was she wasn't happy to do the massage for one reason or another and the attitude that followed after, definitely confirmed my original assumptions. I was very aware that they did not know they had another booking as there was a lot of 'quiet' discussion about this fact. Eventually we where taken downstairs, at no point has this girl smiled at us let alone greeted us, to be honest we did feel very uncomfortable, almost like a burden, we even discussed leaving as we where changing. Ignoring our instincts to leave, the facial began which was going quite well until I could hear whispering, when I opened my eyes both girls looked away and pretended as if I had imagined this. I then closed my eyes again, and then became aware of giggling, at this point I did want to leave as I felt very uncomfortable, and in fact the whispering continued throughout both treatments. The friend I was with then asked, if people could stop walking in and out off our room as we where not appropriately dressed, the masseuse then replied it was only the beauty therapist. I then opened my eyes and to my horror saw the old man who we was waiting in the reception walk past us. That left me feeling very anxious, paranoid and stressed and I was unable to enjoy the rest of the session.
All of this wouldn't have been so bad, but to add insult to injury, our session was cut 25 minutes short, after I overheard the manager whisper to the girls that we must receive a full session because we where there on time and actually had to wait for them to set up. I was so shocked however I wanted to leave asap, I have never been in a position where I'm supposed to be relaxed and I felt so tense and uncomfortable.
When I requested to speak to the manager (Kat) I felt like I couldn't express all that I wanted to as all four staff including the receptionist was there listening and once again I felt very uncomfortable. She did offer us a free facial but to be honest I never want to return to that particular clinic.
I really feel like we where treated so badly because we had a groupon voucher, and upon looking at your website and the prices you charge, I don't believe anyone who pays that amount would be treated in the same fashion.
Will not be Returning

I felt exactly the same when I was there the other day. Therapist/receptionist was very unfriendly and unwelcoming. But the worst was being put in a room ans asked to strip to your bare. Only to realise that you was in an open space room only being separated with a room divider. And saw people walking in and out while I was topless. Surely this is against regulations and customer privacy. I never have been to a salon and been in a treatment room like that before. What was the owner thinking. The room is freezing as well.
Never return there again. Unprofessional not even talking about the therapist as they are just workers. The owner should know better about what they are doing. If you ask me they are running places like this for the money no care for customer. Never step foot in there again.

I wanted to try out the Caledonian Road branch of His and Hers so bought a pamper package voucher from Amazon. I phoned to book an appointment and the girl answering the phone was totally clueless and not at all professional. She didn't know anything and said she'd get her manager to ring me back. This didn't happen so I phoned back later and the same person answered, though she claimed it wasn't her that I'd spoken to earlier. I tried to make an appointment and every date I gave her she claimed was fully booked. I think they just couldn't be bothered to try to fit me in as I had a voucher offer and wasn't paying full price. The attitude was really as if they couldn't care less. I definitely wouldn't trust these people. Have got a refund from Amazon and will now take my custom elsewhere. I would have given this place no stars but had to click on one to get the review published.

Becky for massages and facials at his & hers is wonderful i feel so relaxed and happy shes always happy and cheerful to me and ive noticed others. Ive started my course of laser hair removal with Carla and ive had jade and becky do 1 session each and they always make sure im comfortable and im very happy with the results so far. I did do lots of research on laser for years, they have the best laser ndyag and alexandrite and compared to other clinics i looked at they are offering very good value for money. They are always busy everytime i go the place gets bigger and bigger. The lady Caroline at reception is very nice shes always smiling, although i can imagine shes very busy. I heard the staff talking about 2 other clinics they have opened in kings cross and harrow. For a small business they seem to trying hard. For me and my personal experience i feel you should always do your research go to the place you want to buy at meet the staff and then buy. I am fussy with standards and they managed to impress me. I would refer my friends here.

Been a customer since the opening day at his and hers. Every appointment I've received nothing but quality treatment! staff have always been pleasant even at really busy times even friends who I've recommended are pleased with the service. Carry on the great work girls!

I got a massage from a Wowcher deal and was so incredibly disappointed. They forgot to mention that the salon was under construction. Imagine trying to relax during a massage in the middle of a construction zone with hammering, drilling and heavy objects being dropped plus everyone walking around and talking loudly. This was not a positive experience, in fact I felt duped afterwards. Beware of this salon!

Re: Kings Cross branch. This is a new branch local to where I live. The staff here are quiet and polite. The atmosphere is also quiet and relaxing. The place is bright and very clean. I am being seen for laser treatment by Cat who's a friendly, bright, positive, respectful, helpful, professional, outgoing and chatty lady. Nothing seems too much to ask from her. She's also been very good putting me at ease, allaying any worries I've had while making me laugh and I feel lucky as a result. The centre uses the best and latest laser technology and is very affordable. As a result I look forward to my visits that cannot come soon enough!
