I just wanted to write to let you know that the 2 cleaners you sent yesterday (sorry I didn’t get their names) were excellent and left my house sparkling. The result they achieved on cleaning carpets on landings, stairs, and a bedroom was extremely good. Well, my house has never been so clean, they cleaned everything, including door knobs! It’s nice to know there are people out there who care about details and thoroughness as much as I do!

After initial excitement with the high level of professionalism, I ended up being very disappointed with Fantastic Cleaners.
I keep my house fairly clean and my previous cleaner used to take 4 hours to give my house a very thorough clean every fortnight.The first cleaner they sent me took 6 hours and only completed about three fifths of the house. To make matters worse, she did not even do a good job on what she cleaned.
They said they would send me someone much better so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. However, after an acceptable start; the new cleaner descended into very poor quality work and just missed a day without any explanation or the company even offering a replacement.
Cleaning is a very competitive industry; so I am hoping websites like Qype will help eradicate businesses like Fantastic Cleaners which do a lousy job.

The person who came to clean our apartment was 20 minutes late- so I deducted a star for being late with no phone call. Other than being late the our cleaner did a fantastic job on the bathroom, kitchen, bedrooms, living and dining room. A supervisor came from Fulham Cleaners came to make sure all was well towards the end of the cleaning visit. Overall – great service!

This is the first time we used Qype. After going through various profiles, we liked Fulham Cleaners’ profile the best. It was very detailed and systematic. Their website was easy to use and navigate. Very informative. We were so impressed with their profile itself, that we were looking forward to using their services and have our carpets cleaned. As expected, the carpet looked great! Just like we moved in. We will definitely use them again. Extraordinary levels of service, their crew was highly motivated and committed to provide best possible cleaning. They worked very hard on every single spot and stain till it completely came out.

A few weeks ago I moved, and the movers ripped the upholstery on my sofa. As if that wasn’t bad enough the sofa was so dirty I didn’t even want to sit on it. My friend gave me the number of Fulham Cleaners. They came to my home that day to give me a price in person. The price was great, and they did the work right then and there. Only a few hours after I called my sofa was repaired, clean and dry. Now I can relax in my new home, and when I need my carpets cleaned I’ll know who to call!

I am very pleased with the excellent quality provided by Fulham Cleaners. I was amazed with the level of effort and amount of detail provided in our most recent cleaning experience. Your service went beyond my expectations by not only cleaning the entire house, but also the extra attention given to tidying up toys left behind by the kids and washing dishes that were in the sink. Wow! today I had the first cleaning with Fulham Cleaners!! I am amazed! I got it as a gift card from my friend. I called yesterday and they schedule me for the morning after! They left few hours ago and I just had to write a review as soon as possible! Everything is clean! The floors, the bathroom and showers are sparkling! the grout around the tiles! I am so happy! And the lady who came was very nice and polite. I highly recommend this service and I am sure I will keep on using them in the future!
