Excellent service and keen pricing - they didn't have the tyres I needed in stock but got them the next day and fitted them at a time convenient for me. I will most certainly be using them again and will recommend them to friends and family

I have used Concorde a few times now and on all occasions their service both over the telephone and in the branch have been impeccable.  Their pricing is reasonable and I haven't had the feeling that I'm being ripped off.  Recently I had a breakdown and they accommodated my vehicle on the day and I had it a few days later.  Thanks for your great service.  I'll be back!

I've been using concorde for around a year now and I have always found staff helpful and polite, no matter if it was quiet or busy they're always happy I help, always giving free advice which in turn has saved me money. Not many garages aim for that truthfully! I will continue using Concorde I haven't had a problem yet!

This company provide top rate service and were very easy to communicate with in regards to my vehicle and my specific requirements. The advice given in regards to tyres was top class and they took the time to explain the different class ratings fo each tyre.  Prices were very competative as i had shoped around and found concorde to be one of the best in the area. has I had multiple requirements for my vehicle they even gave a discount for all the work to be carried out. The day after my car was repaired I received a call from customer services in regards to how i felt the service provided was. This clearly shows concern for their customers. The staff were very approachable and curteous at all times which i felt as a customer to be very reassuring.

I've been going to my local Concorde garage for quite a few years and have seen a number of changes in its time.  The work has always been to a high standard and you can have a laugh and a joke with the workers.  They are really pleasant and helpful and any enquiry is dealt with ease.

Now, with Concorde branching out into different areas ie..MOT`s, servicing, engine rebuilds....etc, they are really a one stop shop for all your motoring needs.  With their competitive prices too, it makes my life a lot easier as i just take my car to them whatever the problem is and i know it'll get fixed without any hassle and knowing they're not going to rip me off in the process.

convenient, affordable and above all else got the job done to a high standard and in good time. Only concern was a slight lack of communication, but I'll put this down to them being so busy because of how good they are at everything else. Will deff use again.

I was running around trying to get as much done as possible during the school holiday as possible, and still have some quality time with the kids - I needed tyres and Concorde came up trumps! The custiomer service representative on the phone was very professional and polite, the receptionist welcomed me (and two kids in tow)and then the work was done in time and at a great price. It was my first visit to Concorde, I have three cars and will certainly come back each and everytime if they continue to deliver on time and with a great price.

I have been playing around with local garages and tyre dealers for two years trying to sort out excessive tyre wear including 4 wheel tracking.
Only Concorde with laser tracking have been able to sort it out! What a mess they found and how professionally they sorted it out. Yes its another 2 tyres after 7000miles but Concorde have been marvellous in ensuring my problem does not come back! More importantly the car now drives in a straight line and feels secure around bends just like it was when new!
I would not fail to recomemend them for all servicing and tyres!

They're Grrrrrreat!
