I recently purchased a Thomas Sabo Bracelet from Charmed UK. The money was taken out of my bank account straight away but I never received the bracelet. Despite trying to contact them on several occassions by email and by telephone i have never received a response from them and could not get through to them on the telephone number provided. Please do not purchase from this website as i do not believe it to be genuine.

Dont even bother, I ordered a gold Pandora Bracelet in early November and was promised delivery by the end of Novmeber, it never came and I had to send LOTS of emails to try and find that out, its now the 28th of December and I am still without the bracelet and havent heard a peep despite having left numerous phone messages and emails asking for updates and a refund...I am absolutley shocked that having paid in excess of £1000 for an item I am met with such non existent customer service, I just want my money back and to be done with ever delaing with Charmedones EVER again!

tbculv, 4 January 2013:That is not true, I was only told that the item wasn’t in stock on the 10th of December, I was expecting the bracelet to be delivered on the 28th of November, since the “Offer” of a refund on the 10th of December all I have received is an email the day after I posted the negative review above telling me that because I posted a negative review that it won’t help the refund process, I was also told in that email that the refund would be made by cheque despite me having explained at the time of ordering that I no longer live in the UK, so a cheque really isn’t any use to me, I don’t have an address in the UK and will not be able to bank that cheque…like I have said before I just want my refund by transfer which is the way I paid for the bracelet so that I can be done with this whole ordeal….but clearly Charmed UK are intent on making this as painful and long winded as possible…which is not something anyone wants regardless of how much they spend and where!

It’s now the 30th of April and still no refund or acknowledgement to emails, calls or any other means to contact this business, does anyone know how I can get hold of them so I can just get my money back, £1000 is a lot of money?

I ordered a bracelet which came very quickly. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size, however after contacting charmedones they were very helpful in making sure I got the correct size. Would recommend to anyone

I ordered a bracelet and charms which came very quick. Somewhere in delivery the bracelet went missing but was replaced with no fuss. Was a pleasure using using chrmedonesuk and would recomend using them to anyone. A+++

Charmed UK really pulled it out of the bag for me. I could not believe the fantastic special offers on pandora charms. Just had to buy some and they are genuine pandora charms. I would highly recommend these guys for birthday or christmas gifts.
