i have the same problem too, i placed my order on the 9th december and emailed fast canvas plus phoned 3 or 4 times a day since the 20th dec which my bill is very high (not happy). im not very happy because i did the prints for christmas presents. i have been intouch with gumtree and they are trying to phone you too but no answer. all i want to know is, Will i received my canvas or not

I ordered on 29th November and am still waiting. Have emailed and tried phoning, but the voice mail is full after waiting for 20 mins to get though to voice mail. Have emailed livingsocial to complain. They claimed to have given my number to fastcanvasprints and they were to phone me. Funnily enough i have had no phone call. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER!!
I ordered 2 vouchers for this company for 2 of the very large prints. The first one I ordered on the 14th of December (order number 17057). I was wanting these prints for Christmas but as the first still never came, I grew more impatient. I have still not received this order and I am moving away to Canada in just over a week. Therefore, I gave up hope and had to order the next print on the 2nd of January (order number 19695).
I have tried contacting the company numerous times and left a message personally for Pete who looks like he is sorting out these issues and still have not heard anything.
My mother did order one print also and has only received hers today after a message back from Pete…she is also moving away to Canada with us. Her order was processed on the 4th of December though.
I would urge the company to process the above orders asap and let me know the tracking numbers of the delivery and when they are expected. I have entered a contract with the company and have paid my money for a service which should be long since delivered. If I do not hear anything again then this is the final straw of trying. I shall be informing every other review site but also the media and trading standards.
I understand that they have accepted a lot of orders they did not think they would get. However, to not even hear from them and to take my money is ridiculous.

Bought a voucher from kgbdeals and went to use it but the website would not let me process the order. It kept failing when going to payment page and then reverting to the basket. No response to emails and now my voucher has passed its expiry date.
Looks dead like a scam to me :(
We had a slight issue yesterday with our website however everything is back up and running now.

Needless to say it was no use trying to ring.
I am replicate everything that has been said previous, I also purchased via the KGB Deals, the webiste was clean and efficient, and the money soon left my account. I even upgraded for the express delivery. My order was placed on 12th Novemver, no response from Fast Canvas at all. I called prior to Christmas, during the holiday season, I have called all morning again… no response. KGB Deals have told me they have contcated direct… no response.
It is a disgrace… in this economic climate business are going bankrupt as they cannot get the customers… these guys do not deserve to be in business treating their customers like this.

Placed my order on 14th December; emailed them on 23rd December and 6th January (to which I’m still awaiting replies); and have been trying to get through on the phone for the past week, constantly in a queue and once i get to caller number 3 or 4 it switches off and asks me to leave a message and unable to due to the mailbox being full! The website needs amending as it states that the turn around period is 1 – 2 days with express service….I paid for the express service and still waiting!
I placed an order 5.12.2011 with a view to giving the print as a Christmas present, have not received any responses to emails sent and have triied phoning the company to find message box full. The company did not provide an order number on the email they sent me confirming that the order had been received although they should be able to track via the KGB coupon code KGB90a58fc5c381, it would be much appreciated if Fast Canvas could expedite the order this week so that I can give the print as a birthday present intead of a Christmas present,,,,pretty please. I have been in contact with Fast Canvas Print several times and had a couple of replies, however now they seemed to be completely ignoring me!
I have tried to call and leave messages except the voicemail was full and now it would seem they have even disconnected the phone to avoid customers!
surely an honest answer is the best policy along with an Estimated delivery date!
if they would tell us honestly when our canvas’ can be expected I’m sure we would all be happy! rather than blanking us and making us feel conned!

Ordered on 9th December (no order number as I skipped registration) and still not received my order. Purchased with a KGB voucher (KGB0923A60C55222 if that can track the order) but I did upgrade part of the order for better quality. Was a Christmas present and said would come before Christmas, which now turns out it was a lie. Fair enough if the company had a backlog of orders, but this should’ve been stated on the website, and once again in the order receipt so customers will still be annoyed it wouldn’t be received before Christmas but at least everyone would know the progress of the order.

They are all still showing as pending and even though they were christmas pressents, I didnt base the whole happiness of my christmas on them lol, but I would appreciate an update please as I have had no response to the 3 emails I have sent over the last couple of weeks and your mail box is full when I try to call you. Had an offer through Groupon for a canvas print. Placed my order, which was a Christmas present for my mum and dad, on 1 December. It didn’t arrive and still hasn’t arrived (8 January). I’m not very happy and needless to say didn’t enjoy telling my mum and dad that one of their presents didn’t arrive in time even though I ordered it in plenty of time for Christmas. I have had no response from email that I have sent to this company.
I too have not recieved my order from fastcanvas prints. This was for a christmas gift for my mum and her new husband. Its extremely disappointing to receive no reply to my email questioning when I expect to receive this. When companies put themselves forwards for deals, I thought they were trying to demonstrate what a fantastic company and service they could offer in the hope that customers would return.
Just like all the others, used KGB voucher in early December and I am still waiting. A little research and I found a normal landline phone for this company, so you don’t have to call their chargable 0844 No. I want to use it mysself for my own order, so I will publish it here after I havre made contact with them myself!
Everyone has the 0131 number, it was on the voucher PDF. I’ve never called them on the 0844 number.
Catchingsparks, you must have had a different voucher to me, I have just checked closely my voucher and no phone numbers are shown! Just the 0844 when you click through to the Fast canvas prints website! Have you had any success getting through on the Edinburgh number? Are you using 0131 4400545? I keep trying but can not get a reply! Tote Graphics also have a Freephone No. 08002289295, so I will try that next.

Sorry to have to add to the crowd but I too am waiting (patiently) for 2 canvases ordered on 30/11/11. I really wanted them for Christmas but am now desperate to have them for my husband’s birthday on Tuesday (10/01). I have tried emailing – my order numbers are 11847 and 11842.

I have sent several emails and called TEN times where I have been cut off EVERY time at some considerable expense no doubt. I ordered my canvas on 29/11 and was told after chasing it the last time that it would be delivered by 23/12 but still I see no sign of it. I would appreciate a phonecall to discuss this matter and short of making my number available publicly you can find both my work number and mobile number on correspondance sent yo your email address.
Pete called me today and explained the situation and expedited my order. He apologised in a professional and apologetic manner and my estimation of the company has gone up considerably. Although I am frustrated at not receiving the canvas before Xmas,I honestly believe they are doing the best they can to get the orders out.

Ordered my canvas on 29th November 2011, money taken rather quickly from my debit card, still no canvas. emailed numerous times, no reply. phoned numerous times just to be put through to a full voicemail box.
Notified KGB deals and next step is watchdog.
Got a copy and paste reply asking for my contact details or order number which I have provided and still no contact and that was 2 days ago.
Please accept our sincere apologies with this matter. We have had a HUGE surge of orders over the december period and are working 12 hour days to try and get the backlog cleared.

I dont get how they can post replies here instead of just replying to all the emails we have sent them. And if they couldnt cope with the demand and are now giving out vouchers to everybody, how they going to cope when those vouchers are redeemed?

Same as everyone else. Ordered weeks ago on (4th December via voucher website). No product, no response from the company despite repeated efforts. It is simply unacceptable. I emailed fastcanvas at the beginning of the week to give them a chance to respond, saying I’ll post a bad review on here by the end of the week if I have not heard. I am following through with that as I have, unsurprisingly, heard nothing.
Please avoid at all costs as this company clearly cannot cope with the orders they have already taken. They should not be taking new orders, but spending the time dealing with customers who have spent money on their product.
Pete – I hope to hear from you or one of your employees to get this resolved.
