'My boyfriend and I stopped in here on our brief tour around Arundel, and were pleased to discover they serve a truly great steak! The meat served here is butchered at a shop across the road, and makes for some very fine eating indeed. The price is spot-on, and unlike some pubs we've been to, the portion size was perfect as well.

The staff here were friendly and relaxed, while our food and drinks were served remarkably quickly. We didn't quite enjoy the music so much - they played a mixture of rockabilly and country & western while we were there - but I can't really fault the place otherwise. We would certainly visit again if we return to the area.'

Yet again, another good pub in the area. The food quality is excellent, but it always was….! The drink selection excellent. Can get very busy, especially cricket season!! Well worth the walk down from the Castle ground…..Whilst I like the other pubs/eateries in the area….it usually comes down to a choice between The Swan or here!!
