I first met Paul when I decided to do the 13.2 miles Midnight Walk 2010 for charity. My fitness was not great and I was very scared of the prospect of making a fool of myself. The first few weeks of training he gained my trust and his help, support and encouragement made me do exercises that I thought I was incapable of. I have a phobia of gyms and training outdoor has helped a great deal as no two training sessions are the same due to the elements. Due to a back injury some time ago, he has taken this into consideration and devised a programme in which I can exercise comfortably. In the beginning I could think of a million excuses not go, but now I train twice and week and dare I say I do enjoy going.

Paul is a first-class personal trainer, he is both very encouraging and professional with his clients. He knows when to praise and when to push, in a safe, friendly manner.
His nutritional advice has been helpful and sensible, and he has been very supportive of my progess (no more late night snacks!!)
