I am an experienced Acupuncturist and massage therapist and very passionate about what I do. I offer mobile treatments all over North and East London and I also have a clinic base at Holistic Health in Broadway Market, Hackney.

What makes me different is that I can combine treatments together to get a better result. For example when treating back pain I might combine acupuncture with myofascial release massage techniques. I quite often combine pregnancy massage together with points for common pregnancy complaints or induction of labour.

I have several unique treatments which are very popular, for example facial rejuvenation massage and cosmetic acupuncture. This offers a safe and natural alternative to facelifts without harmful toxins or surgery and gets great results.

I am an experienced practitioner and get many patients seeking treatments for fertility issues; common pregnancy complaints and all types of pain. As a mother of two young boys, I also treat a lot of children and have seen rapid improvements for many childhood illnesses such as asthma, eczema, persistent coughs and colds; and lung complaints such as bronchitis or pneumonia. I love Chinese medicine and how much it can improve the quality of life for people I treat. I also offer many standard massage treatments if you are just looking to relax and de-stress.

Tara is very friendly, caring and professional. I usually see her a Holistic Health but she has also come to visit me at home at weekends and evenings which works with my job.

Tara treated my baby (6month) daughter with acupuncture for constipation. I was sceptical but it worked almost immediately! She seemed very professional and caring, and overcame my fears about sticking needles in a tiny child - seems cruel but she didnt mind at all. Highly recommended

Thats great, thanks for the review. Its always great to treat children as they respond so quickly to acupuncture, and no they don’t mind it it all as the needles are not left in and they don’t have to stay still! I always give them a sticker or a toy too to distract them and that usually works.

Tara is very knowledgable, incredibly informative with a very calming manner.
I was suffering from persistant severe back pain and was open to any treatment she advised. The difference after only a couple of 90 min sessions, incorporating a number of techniques including accupuncture, was astonishing to me. Ive had 4 or 5 sessions since, am very grateful, and would highly recommend her.

Tara is a very talented and caring practitioner. I love how she combines different treatments together (massage, acupuncture...) and her aromatherapy massages are amazing. I highly recommend her!
