Food is good and well priced, nice for a birthday meal or just a mid week treat. Service is good. No hat policy was slightly odd, should note no under 13s even when accompanied by an adult. Over all a good place for a cheapish night out, just not with the family.
A nice pub to go to for a chill out, although not very busy during the week i supose thats because its not exactly buzzing in chigwell during the week! Plus its not in a high street so only locals go then. At weekends it does get busier though and there is a great atmosphere, its an extremely large pub and all staff are very friendly. The owner often does rounds to speak to customers and is very friendly and welcoming to all.
It is clean and modern with a great mood all throughout. Would recommened for a start to an evening, or a place to catch up with friends!
