Excellent service. Ask for Roberta. Very friendly, always smiley. Very pleased with the treatments. After 6 visits, almost all the facial hair had disappeared.

I have done laser hair removal and Green Peel skin peeling with the New York Laser Clinic and am very happy with both results. They also provide very competitive prices in London, especially on package deals.

The clinic has very friendly and knowledgable staff. For example, Bharu made me feel very comfortable throughout the treatment. The booking process is great, far better than some of their competitors. What's more, the treatment has been really effective.

I started going to the New York Laser Clinic when I found a groupon voucher and signed up for 6 sessions of laser on bikini and underarms. I am now about to have my 4th session and I am so impressed with the results so far.  So much so that I decided to go full price and pay to have my full legs and feet lasered too (about to have my 3rd session for those) and so far, brilliant results.  The team there are really lovely, I have had no issues with booking appointments or rearranging them.  Unfortunately I also got a groupon voucher to have my arms ipl'd at a different clinic which is showing no signs of improvement at all.  Remember this is laser, not IPL so much more powerful and with better results.  Oh and the pain really isn't that bad at all...some more sensitive areas than others but not anything like waxing.  I have since got lots of colleagues (I work next door to this clinic) to sign up too.  So happy I took the plunge!

I had my first treatment today and thought it was amazing. Bharvi who attended me was very punctual and explained everything very well and went through any concerns I had. I didn't find the treatment very painful at all and Bharvi kept me updated throughout about how it all worked. Gels are used after to cool the areas which were amazing! I definitely recommend this place to everybody thinking about hair removal as it's amazing value for money and the staff are extra helpful and the location is perfect!

What a great experience! I have had 2 treatments out of 6 so far and all has gone very smoothly.  They are very professional, explained exactly how everything was going to happen and then apply nice refreshing lotions after the laser to cool the skin, very pleased with the results and cannot wait to consider doing more! Thank you again for making this experience pain free!

I've been doing laser for some time in Italy and when i moved to London I wanted to continue the treatment to ensure it gets completed. I decided to try Bishopsgate NYLC. Very impressed! Proximity to Liverpoolstreet station means it's easy to get to; they are quick and efficient without delays - i've never had to wait; and it's great that they check with you 48 hours before the appointment to make sure that you remember it and are planning on attending. Additionally, they are very professional and know when it's better not to have laser - for example when they saw that I was still tanned from my summer holiday they told me to come back 3 weeks later to avoid any damage to my skin. Definitely recommend it.

Very good location, close to Liverpool street. Friendly staff, remind you of your appointment by telephone a few days before. Treatment is done with care, you can apply suncream once done. I highly recommend especially if you can request Roberta.

I'm delighted with my results! The New York Laser clinic is a professional, friendly and effective clinic. I have been to a lot of laser clinics in London and this one is definitely the best. The machines are really great quality and my results have been amazing. My underarm hair has literally disappeared. The consultants all take the time to explain things to you and ensure you are comfortable. Also, they are really quick and nothing hurts! Totally worth a visit.

First of all, if anyone tells you laser doesn't hurt, they're lying. But then, a lifetime of unwanted hair as a girl is incredibly painful too. So laser treatment wins. I haven't tried any other clinics, but I started using New York Laser Clinic for my underarms back when they were in Notting Hill. I really liked my experience there, so when I decided to have more done (now years later) I've gone back to them. I just really like the staff - the technicians all know what they're doing. and if someone is lasering on my face, then that is ESSENTIAL. And on top of that, the place is exceptionally professional and welcoming. Laser treatment has totally changed my life, so a big high-five to New York Laser Clinic for making that happen.

I’ve been going to the new york laser clinic in bishopsgate and I’m half way through a course of laser hair removal on my legs. My sister-in-law recommended this clinic. I’ve never had laser hair removal and was quite nervous about trying it. I’m delighted with the results. Even after the first treatment I could see a big difference as the growth is much less. The treatment doesn’t hurt either. I’m now going to have some other areas done! If you are fed up with hair growth I would definitely try this place!
