Don't even bother- I purchased a Kgb deal and booked in for my birthday . I had the cupping done first which should have been 20min it was only 10min. The so call massage was a 1hr rub down with baby oil. If I paid the extra £10.00 that they kept asking me for may be i would have got a massage of some description. After 45min I told the lady who kept yawning all the way through the rub down to stop. It was a complete waste of time and money.

I got a kgb deal for £19.  When i arrived had 20 minute cupping session which was good.  Then the massage.  As soon as the woman laid her hands on me she said i had tension in my shoulders and wanted me to pay £10 for a deep tissue massage.  As she couldnt really speak English and i cannot speak Chinese it was difficult for me to tell her that i only wanted the massage i had paid for.  All through the massage I was worried that she would demand the £10 so i couldn't relax.  The massage wasnt a proper massage anyway, just a not very good back rub.  I would not bother again.

I signed up for a relaxing massage and hot cupping session through KGBDeals, which is kind of all that I wanted – to turn up somewhere and have the tension massaged out of my limbs until I virtually nodded off. They took my details when I arrived and asked what physical problems had brought me there, then advised that I should go for a treatment massage for an extra £10. The guy at the desk was very polite and quiet. The woman who gave the massage did not speak very good English, and so explaining to her that I only wanted the relaxing massage took several attempts. She didn’t have the warmest personality in the world. If you are looking for a relaxing Spa experience, this is not it. The massage was fine enough, but not a carefully choreographed series of movements which would send you in to a state of bliss. Following the massage and the hot cupping session, I was given a free consultation where I was recommended osteopathy and acupuncture to fix the misalignment of my spine. When I declined they didn’t push. These people are clearly knowledgeable in the application of Eastern treatments – and I do have problems with my spine and could use some adjustments. However, all I wanted was a relaxing massage – the additional consultation and recommendations took away from the experience! I would return for the treatments they recommended, but would choose a different venue for a bit of a pampering session.

Avoid at all costs – I got a £22 deal through Wahanda for a 1 hour aromatherapy message at Eastern Natural Care which I thought was a great deal. However upon arrival in this tiny run down shop in Covent Garden I was told that I had to pay an Extra £10 as it’s a saturday. I told the man that No where does it say that saturday incures an extra cost! He very abruptly said ‘take it or leave it’. I was very surprised at this persons Customer Service. I reluctantly gave him the extra £10 and went at the back for a massage with one of the chinese ladies. In the beginning I saw a creased towel on the chair which had a p***** hair on it. To my astonishment she gave me this towel and told me to wrap around the waist area. I just couldn’t believe my eyes. I asked her have you got another towel. She didn’t understand any english but managed to say ‘no sorry’ all in wash’ This was getting from bad to worse. In the end she found me another towel (which was also creased) I don’t think they wash their towels often. Anyway She started the massage and I have to say it was one of the worst one’s I had, very basic with no technique or movement just a little bit of Johnsons baby oil (I thought it would be some sort of special chinese hot oil or ointment) to make matters worst it only lasted 45 minutes as supposed to the 1 hour I paid for! But to be honest I couldn’t wait to get out of there! This has got to be the worst shop in Covent Garden in terms of poor value, service, quality and atmosphere!
