I bought my hot tub from here a few years ago. Aside from the fact that the Arctic Spa range is of considerably higher quality than many of the others on offer locally, the level of service from Richard and Ross is unrivalled at pretty much any business in town. It was a fairly expensive purchase so it was good to see that the level of sales support started from the moment we walked through the door of the showroom and continues to this day. If you are thinking of buying a hot tub, visit everyone else first and then compare the difference.
