Heard about this company through a groupon offer. called up to enquire and was given very good service, with detailed information on cleaning technology used. Prices were very reasonable to clean 2 bedrooms and a lounge in our new flat.
An appointment was given within 1 day and an early one at that to allow for the carpets to dry. The technician arrived on time, very friendly and honest. The work was done in good time and carpets very clean at the end of it.
Will be recommending these guys to my mum and my mum-in-law and i will use them again next time. :)

I phoned and made an appointment to get a quote, the man that came was prompt and very polite, didn't feel that i needed to haggle over the price as they were very competitive. Changed the date for cleaning twice and each time the person I dealt with was very nice. Now I have lovely clean carpets and rugs and happy to recommend this company when asked.

Had a carpet cleaning done in my first floor flat. I have been extremely disappointed with the result and the price I paid.
They promised they would remove some stain from the carpet: not only the stain is there but because of their cleaning tecnique the stain has expanded! Don't expect much more than a carpet cleaning that you can do yourself with a cheap steam cleaning machine from Argos.
Regarding the price: they had quoted me 130 pounds but on top of that they surprised me when they asked for 30 additional pounds to lift the machine at the first floor and also to pay their parking!
Stay away from them, I am sure there are much better alternatives.
