I couldn’t agree more with this review. Customer service simply does not exist except from a team member called William. Our horrendous experience stretched from July 2012 until October 2012 when we eventually got our money back through the help of Trading Standards and our credit card company. The tank we ordered was delivered on a pallet and I signed for it ‘unchecked’ as my husband was at work. On opening it we found it was smashed (with the heavy stones stored within the glass). Basically Seapets tried to blame us for damaging it and said they would not be replacing it unless we paid for another tank.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

Tank is now cycled and stocked with fish. No hassle at all in this order from seapets. My dad has now since ordered the same deal, the cabinet was discontinued but a replacement was given and all the other goodies so he is over the moon with it.
overall just a real easy and pleasant experience which is really what you need when starting into keeping fish, thanks again seapets and keep those deals coming as I might be on again for a bigger tank.

I emailed back to say that this wasn't good enough and that I should have been informed within 24 hours of placing my order, I requested an immediate refund.
I had an email back and it stated that a refund had been processed and could take up to 10 days to show on my statement!! Even VISA themselves state that it should take no more than 3 days! It's been over 10 days now and still no refund!
Anyway, I've now sent them another email threatening either a VISA chargeback or a County Court claim for the amount...I await their response.
AVOID this company, they appear dishonest and obviously have no regard for even a basic level of customer service.

No delivery after two weeks, two emails and two phone calls. Customer service is a premium rate number and they just aren't bothered – it's out of our control and we aren't going to try and help by replying to emails, updating the website or informing customers that they actually can't get hold of a product when they say they can.
Worse than that I'm still waiting and from the other reviews where a refund is offered and the order cancelled, but then no refund is actually forthcoming I'm weary of that too.
Won't be using them again, and suggest you don't risk it either

I am amazed by how fast these people can turn an order around - I have ordered at 4pm and received my goods at 8:30 the following morning. Can't beat the price either. There was one occasion when my order hadn't arrived after 24 hours, so I rang and could almost hear the embarrassment over the phone. There was a bit of waffle about contacting the shop and although I expected to wait a few more days due to some admin error, my goods arrived the next day. Can't complain.

I have been using the 'Seapets' online ordering service for the past 18months with no complaints. This has been a hassle free way to purchase dog food at very competitive prices with free delivery. An excellent service which I would highly recommend to anyone wishing to make life easy. Well done - a service to be proud of.

I am very satisfied with Seapets service and the quality of the Sureflap cat flap.As the hole size required for fitting of the cat flap was the same as the one fitted ,it was easy to exchange and once the cats microchipped was logged into the catflaps memory it works perfectly.
I will definately order from Seapets again.

I will never use Seapets again, I would rather pay a little extra and have my items in my hand than wait a whole month. Terrible customer service, No email to say they were out of stock; when purchased online the items were In stock; didn't send available items and then forward the missing items at a later date; didn't have a clue when items would be in stock; and didn't send me my items when they were promised, even after a whole month of waiting. Incompetent and insufficient, never again!!!
