The Werks in Hove is one of several premises that offers desk space and co-working for freelancers and creative types on flexible terms. I've popped in to meet folks on occasion and it's a lively plave to work and also hold a meeting because they do have some meeting rooms. You can either rent a desk permanently or drift in and out with one of their packages but all in all I think the prices (which start from £60 monthly) very reasonable. And it's a great location. On church Road, close to Palmeira Square, you really are in the heart of the city and on so many useful bus routes.
