Very poor. Apart from sending a large sack of clothes that were (nearly) all in good condition. I had about 50% of the load rejected. A couple of items I would agree with, but I think they've been very selective on their sample of items photographed. The sample photos cited "heavily worn", when one item had actually been worn 3 or 4 times at most! Trying to get sense from them on the phone is futile, and they refuse to return the stuff even though I offered to pay the cost! For the amount "earned", I wish I hadn't bothered. Next time it's the charity shop for me, as I think there's no chance of anyone raking it in from my stuff. I feel it would have been better to take the clothes to a charity shop, as they would not be looking to make a huge profit from my unwanted items.

I have used return to earn for the second time now and their service has been very easy, fast and efficient. Received my paypal payment the day after my clothes were collected by DPD. Would recommend to anyone who has clothes they no longer want.

not happy with the amount rejected 2/3 of the total rather give it away to the charity shop at least you know they are selling it and have a smile when you see someone local wearing the clothes

Fast and convenient service. Text service meant that I cleared out my unwanted clothes and shoes without having to wait around all day for a courier to show. Got paid next day. Excellent.

Switched from another cash for clothes company after wasting two separate working days for couriers which never showed. Return to Earn service sent me a text one hour before they were due to collect my bag and turned up on time just like my cheque! Will use again.

I have used Return to Earn twice and find them totally professional and trustworthy, sometimes when you
try something new you worry that it will not deliver 'what it says on the packet' but as long as you follow the clothing instructions on the website, the reward in paypal is nice to see, I have recommended them to friends and family. Quick bag delivery and convenient pick-up, and for charity, sorted ;0).

I have used return to earn several times now and have smooth transactions each time. I would highly recommend this service. I also was lucky enough to win £25 in one of there competitions so that was an added bonus.

Would recommend Return to Earn without a doubt, not only is the website quick and easy to use, they send you the bag and collection time is agreed to suit you. Better still you get paid for your unwanted clothes. I have used them several times and will continue to do so.

The service I have had from Return to Earn has been fast, reliable and a real pleasure to deal with. Instead of wasting my clothes, I have been able to get money out of them which is better than getting nothing, as well as free up space in my wardrobe. I have used them many times already now and will continue to use them again.

I have used a few times now. For years my clothes have been given to charity or recycled so to use this service means they are still recycled plus I receive a cash bonus. After all, do you ever really know where your charity bags actually end up? I ask for M and S vpuchers and save them up. Requesting another bag today.

Return to earn is a great service. The website is easy to use, the bag is sent out free of charge and quickly, booking the free collection is easy online, and the collection has always always been on time. Will definately be telling my family and friends about the service. Very quick at paying out for items sent.

Same here mate, they rejected 80% of my clothes and the items they rejected just happened to be the most heavy items. In fact they actually identified a camouflage pattern on a pair of army shorts as ‘a stain’ and therefore could not pay for it (or didn’t want to). I feel a bit robbed. The service is a great way to get rid of clothes that you don’t use any more as long as they are clean, but dont go looking for any sort of return on the clothes you give them. A grand total of £1.29 for over 14kg of clothes i sent them. Next time go to a charity shop and give them away from free, at least then you can leave feeling good.
Exactly. It’s the feeling of being ripped off that’s the most annoying. I know that a couple of my items were heavily worn – wouldn’t deny it. I also know that there’s no way that half of my stuff was worthless. It’s not the money – if it was I wouldn’t be accepting 60p/Kg – it’s the principle. You’re at their mercy, and you trust them… then you regret it. I just hope people read these reviews before using them.
