Service from Paul was excellent from start to finish. He explained the process and for somebody who has never embarked on a building project it was reassuring to know each step. He came up with ideas on what would look good in terms of drawings and quality of drawings was exceptional. Communication was excellent and even when we misplaced drawings new sets were sent out straight away.
I found Paul very helpful. He did a very good job of my extension plans and helped me get them passed by the council.
