I was looking for someone to sort out my severe neck and back muscle problems. Having tried many other therapists I can honestly say that Karen is the best you will find. If you have injuries or muscle stress build up look no further for a proper solution. Karen is incredibly gifted and professional at what she does and she really cares about her customers.

Relaxing and clean facilities to go with the best ever service. Highly recommended.

My wife had a facial, which she loved, and bought me an hour's massage with Karen to deal with my severe left ankle osteo-arthritis. This is the result of a car accident and means I have very little mobility in this ankle as well as a high level of chronic pain.
This first massage was a revelation - Karen is extremely gifted and I have now been back several times. The ankle is much looser and allows me more mobility, something that stays even between massages. Over time I have recovered an amount of mobility in the ankle I thought had gone forever.
I have also had several full body and neck-and-back massages which are wonderful. The atmosphere is very relaxing and I usually drift off as Karen finds every little knot in my back and leaves me loose and...well, I'm not sure what the best word is to describe the post-massage feeling except to say that I feel great and sort of glowing.
Not usually given to this sort of treatment (my last massage before seeing her was over twenty years ago), I can happily say that I am a convert to her expert fingers and very happy indeed to recommend her to anyone whose body pays the price of a stressful life.

I've only had her massage, but it is quite amazing how she locates the problem areas (she says "I think with my fingers") and then, sometimes painfully, but always successfully, breaks them up. After several times under her fingers, thumbs and elbows I really feel as if congestion in my neck and upper back is well and truly gone. I've never had a facial, but everything I hear about her Ko-bi-do makes me think it's time that I explored that possibility too

Karen has a magic touch, she goes straight to the sore bits and makes them vanish. The wonderfully relaxing atmosphere melts away tension and the lovely hot blanket on the massage couch is heaven :-) Yes there are a lot of stairs to climb to get there but it's well worth the treck when you find yourself in a lovely cozy welcoming room at the top :-) Not only have the massages helped reduce my pain levels a huge amount but the relaxation and caring have helped me to get on top of my depression too. Karen has changed my life and I can't recommend her highly enough. Worth every penny :-)

I had a fantastic healing massage with Karen Dunn last night, followed by chill time with tea and chocolates in her new Harmony Suite. Have 'joint flu' as Karen calls it and need three things to make it better so am following suit. Karen works from the heart/spirit and is an intuitive therapist. I went into a deep space and felt a real shift in myself afterwards, in the sense of things opening up so I know some good healing took place :-)

I am happy to recommend Karen for anyone. I have been to her for numerous different treatments. She rid me of sciatica that I had been suffering with for 6 months. I have also seen her on a regular basis for pampering and essential maintenance. It's always a pleasure - you will be in good hands with Karen.

Karen at Relax in Harmony is extremely gifted. She is a real professional and takes her talents very seriously. I have had several massages and the infamous Ko Bi Do facial.

Firstly, the massages are nothing short of amazing. She has the ability to intuitively identify problem areas and skillfully address them. She does this with an lovely aura of serenity that I found very relaxing and comforting. No babble about the weather or her personal issues, I was clearly the focus of all of her attention.

I have had her standard facial and scalp massage, and both are incredibly relaxing and soothing. But the Ko Bi Do is almost indescribably good. It is wonderfully therapeutic with lasting results (my husband could not stop commenting). The process of massage,collagen, steam towels and that amazing Manuka honey, is soothing, indulgent and decadent all at the same time; leaving you feeling radiant and regal. I absolutely loved it and I can’t wait to do it again! She is worth every penny and more.

Karen has done two treatments for me – a full body massage and a Ko Bi Do facial. Both treatments were very professionally done, Karen is strong and gentle, and intuitive. I would recommend her services to anyone who wants to really relax and get away from it all for an hour.
