Usually when i just relax my hair, it gets very dry and my scalp gets soar which i hate. But for the first time i went to Sen Style Hair Salon, and it was such a different experience, in a good way. The lady that attended to me Nina was very nice, Professional. She used mizani to relax my hair and the process was just so different and made sense. By the time she was done with my hair, it felt really nice, soft and balanced, a feeling i've never had right after relaxing my hair. I left the salon very satisfied. Thank you Nina, will definitely be back.

Got my hair treated. I felt very comfortable and well looked after the whole experience. The salon was clean and organised which made it feel very professional - as it was. Nina gave good advice and was very friendly and helpful answering any questions I had and at the end my hair felt and looked a lot better.
All in all I got a good first impression and will be back.

I found SenStyle when looking for a good black Hairdressers to weave my hair at a good standard but with an affordable price. When arriving (it was a little hard to find but that's because I am not used to the area and she was more then happy to give me directions) I was offered a drink and made to feel at ease immediately. Her first hair related question was if I had a style in mind and what I usually like; this was a definite positive for I like to feel as though my opinion is at the forefront of the hair experience. She done my hair while maintaining interesting conversation and proving that she had more hair knowledge then my usual hairdresser. She had somewhere to be but didn't rush my hair at all and is obviously a perfectionist. I was so pleased with the results and would pay the money over an dover if it could look like this all the time.

Making this place my regular. Seen early, in good time and with even better results. Nina really knows what she's doing and it translates through everything. I went in with my hair frazzled and dried, had a treatment and trim and what a difference it made. Nina was very good in recommending product styles, maintenance methods, everything. I'm quite interested in hair so know some stuff but even still picked up alot. The place is gorgeous too and Nina's lovely, very friendly and professional. The type of business that cares about customer care. Returning for all my trims and treatments! Seni

I was introduced to the salon through a friend - what a find! I came in to get my hair relaxed after it had been in braids for longer than it should have been. I can honesty say this is the best condition my hair has been in for such a long time. My hair needs were listened to and achieved to an excellent high level. I have been recommending and praising this salon to all who will listen!

I have been to the salon twice now. The first time was by myself to try and rescue my badly damaged broken hair, as I was tired of wearing a hat all the time, and the second was with my daughter. Both times have been a relaxing, enjoyable experience. My daughter had a treatment and a beautiful corn-row style which, almost a week later is still very neat, despite having been put through the mill by various activities which ordinarily would have done the style no favours! She is also, so far, following the advice given to her by Nina on how best to look after her hair and has asked me to take her again next time I return.

My experience has also been great and I am looking forward to going on a "hair journey" - with Sen-style guiding my way. I have never had great hair, primarily due to years of weaves and braids and a failure to have a break in between styles. My hair has therefore suffered and had broken badly, to the extent that I had to have it cut very short. After reading a favourable review on the afro-boudoir blog, http://afroboudoir.com/sen-style-hair-salon/ I went to Sen-style to make the jump to wearing my hair short and natural and to give my hair that much needed break. Nina advised me on the type of hair I have and her recommended treatment and style. I left the salon happy, confident and more knowledgeable about my hair. Sen-style differs from the other salons I have been to, because Nina gives the impression that she not only cares about your hair-style, but over and above that, she cares about its condition and how to get it to its best state via nutrition, as well as external treatments.

Needless to say, I have now ditched the hats and I am looking forward to the time my hair is long enough to invest in a keratin treatment at Sen-style. Nina has assured me that time will come and I believe her.

In all honesty I have never been so happy and comfortable sitting in a hairdressers chair. I had Nina who really knows what shes talking about and offered me the best treatment for my hair even giving me samples and recommended products for my hair. She gave me a choice of products that she could use (i have dry hair so i chose the moisture stuff!) she really gave my hair the tlc it needed. I didn't have a picture of the cut i wanted but just describing it to Nina she got it and cut my hair perfectly. You get high end treatment at a brilliant price. I generally have hair dresser trust-issues but I'm happy to leave my head in Nina's trust worthy hands, I doubt my hair will be in anyone else's hands from now on.

It's been a fair while since I visited an good hairdressers. This is by far the best. Not only is Nina attentive to her clients she and her staff are highly skilled to match. I was in safe hands has we found the best solution to match the style I wanted. This in my opinion is very rare. If you want a style that suits you then I highly recommend visiting Sen Style.

Was late to the appointment but nina was very understanding and friendly.Maggie was also great very attentive and friendly. Had a redken hair smoothing treatment made my hair lovely until I got outside! No fault to nina and maggie but I was under the assumption it could take on the outside environment. I enjoyed my time there although going to the loo which was out of the way was slightly uncomfortable but all in all very professional service and experience.

Hiya, due to the extremely complicated piping system we are unable to have a toilet facility upstairs. However the toilet is inside the building just on the ground floor. Thanks :)

Was looking for a salon that had a great personal service and that used high quality hair products such as Mizani, and found what I was looking for in Sen Style hair Salon. Was recommend by a friend- who's friend is a loyal customer of Sen Style that I'd met and clearly had great healthy hair. Went for the first time over the weekend and was pleased by the whole process and the end result, with unexpected extras such as a treatment..a trim..a free paddle brush etc thrown in with my original booking to relax my roots. Customer care seems clearly a high priority, they went above the call of duty and I'm thankful and would highly recommend!!!!

After following Sen Style hair salon on Facebook because of the Mizani products they are using, i decided to pay them a visit to have my hair relax. Well, i had never been so pleased, welcome and comfortable... Nina knows how to focus on custumer satisfaction, before putting the relaxer she looked at my hair, scalp, question me and advise me on the products i should be using. This experience was top of the range lol i will never go back to my old rough cheap hair salon. I am now loving my hair and need to take a good care of them.

I honestly couldn't have imagined it being so wonderful. Nina really made me feel right at home. It felt just like one of those warm, funny, friendly, family black hair salons... but with professional competence, because my hair *still* feels and looks amazing! I had held out for so long to get a relaxer because I only really trust my friend back home in the States and London is so expensive. But Nina made both those fears disappear. I got an excellent relaxer and treatment, along with a roller set (no one does those anymore!!!) and Nina even reassured me about the state and health of my hair, instead of finding weird faults that don't really exist so that she could make another buck (ahem, Philadelphia salons...). I will most absolutely certainly be back, and thank you Nina!

I've been to many salons through the years and Sen Style is definitely a favourite and well worth me travelling all the way from East London. The customer service is wonderful. Nina really listens to what you want and is very professional and talented with hair. The Mizani products that they use are excellent too and the prices are very reasonable. My hair has never looked better!

I am very pleased with the progress of my hair in such a short space of time! I really had given up on my hair ,but was referred by a friend and she said trust me you will not regret it and i did not.

The customer service is superb and I feel very comfortable ,and most importantly she is an expertease with hair. I have now become a regular customer,Love Sophie :)

Thank you Nina i enjoyed my salon visit, the hair is beautiful, Sen is serenity its so peaceful and welcoming,the service is amazing, i have never been to a salon where i have been treated so nicely, you are offered a beverage, good music and treats. I had a closure done i must say i love it, Nina asks exactly what it is you want in your hair,unlike many hairdressers that just do what they want.... I recommend this salon for someone who wants to be happy spending their money ...this salon, service and treatment is worth every single penny...

I did my hair here and to be honest for the first time in my life I actually like the weave on my head.
I usually hate it after I do a weave, but the hair looks so natural and it is comfortable and lovely. Also,
the staff is so friendly and warm, and I felt like I was on the set of "Beauty Shop". These girls actually
know what they are doing.
If you want great hair, no matter what it is you want to do, Sen Style is the place to be.

Nina is my hair's best friend. She even understands my hair more than I do. Whenever it's time to make my hair I'm always eager to visit Nina and when I leave I feel very confident. Nina is the best hair professional so far. I really love her and I would recommend her to anyone. She understands your hair and knows what products and treatment to use.
Her customer service is superb. She always puts the customers first. I think I know her tea ranges now. I love the green tea with acai berry tea lol.
All in all,I know Nina is sure to succeed and Sen Style will be well known for its good reputation, it's just a matter of time.
